To say something, I would say they could do some minor renovations. Shower has the lowest pressure, it’s very old. The hand shower doesn’t move, it points towards the floor. Room bathroom is old. Ants get in easily.

Each and every single one member of the staff is the kindest and the nicest people to find during your stay and they make your holidays better. The location is great. It’s in a very quiet zone and at the same time it’s very close to many great places to eat, points of interest, markets, hospitals. You can relax in the pool, swim in the ocean, read a book under the palm trees or just lay there while looking at the sea… the sunsets are spectacular! You can also take long walks on the beach. It’s a must to have a motorbike or just move around by cab.

Adarin is a good mid range option, more comfortable than a traditional bungalow style accommodation but not up there with the full on resorts. For us that was ideal. The bed was a bit hard!

Nice, low key resort with really friendly and welcoming staff. A lovely restaurant overlooking the sea. We had a family room, which was two bedrooms in one suite, which was ideal for travel with a family. Nice location for a quieter part of the island but still everything in easy reach.

The shower did not have enough water pressure, but I think that's because the location is not on the main road.. The pool looked bigger on the pictures but was still a reasonable pool to cool down.

Staff is amazing and friendly. Location, quiet neighborhood, 10 min by taxi to Fishermans Village Simple but good breakfast. Great bar area.

The beach could have been cleaner. There was a lot of seaweed but also rundown concrete/ rubble bags that had been left from the construction.

Amazing villa on the beach front overlooking the sea. Spacious and comfortable room with lovely shower and jacuzzi bath looking out at the sea. Great location to walk along the beach to bars and restaurants or walk up into the main town

Poor breakfast selection phone in room not working so unable use room service this was despite several trips to reception to try and get it sorted coffee in room not replenished every day despite advertising a mini bar the hotel said it no longer offers this yet it is still states that it has the facility in all the literature left in the room Also hotel bar shutting an hour earlier than advertised

There was a time when we didn’t have water for a while and on the last day our AC broke down. Staff offered for us to change a room, because they couldn’t solve the issue that fast. Overall, nice place.

Our TV didn't work which was annoying; someone came to repair it, but then left after a few minutes so it didn't get repaired in the end. Location wise, it's quite a long walk to the main road so you'll definitely need a car/moped if you stay here.

Nothing negative, but better have a scooter to be flexible. Hotel entrance away from busy road, but far by walking. We had a scooter anyway, so no Problem for us

Hotel offers your various add ons - like massage and scooters that you can order at the reception. However, they didn’t manage to provide it in the end - massage therapist didn’t confirm, scooter wasn’t returned by other guests and they couldn’t say when it will be. So they sent us to the nearest restaurant saying it’s cheaper there anyway. This spoiled our experience. The restaurant at the property is overpriced and not that good but with a beautiful view (apart from breakfast, breakfast was really good).

The hotel was by the beach, it was very nice and stylish. It was clean, silent and chill. Parties and bars are far from here, it’s more family oriented chill place, which was exactly what we needed. Tasty continental breakfast.

Not sure about the coffee pod machine, would have preferred a kettle. No english tea bags or earl gray (had on first day but not after). Tea with breakfast was dreadful (like drinking milky hot water). Pool a little small. (Not a dislike just a note).

I liked the view from the room, out to sea. Good WiFi. Good aircon. Plenty of hot water from shower. Nice, helpful cheerful staff. Pretty good buffet style breakfast. Food from menu was reasonably priced. 7-11 a five minute walk.

It's a beachfront resort but the beach at high tide is covered up to the concrete wall of the resort leaving guests with no access to walk along the beach. Alot of the beach resorts adjacent have the same issue, making this not the best beach for a Samui stay in my view. Some of the equipment for water sports is in poor condition Room cleaning didn't happen during my stay

The staff are friendly and do their best for you. There are some great beach cafes nearby.

- As they built the resort close to the shore, they are facing erosion. Their consolidation works are destroying the beach and totally irrespectful for the environment. - There is no real beach as they are on the narrow portion of the Naeman beach. No sundeckers. Can’t get outside the hotel through the beach at night due to high tides. - 1 staff was really professional and fluent in English. 2 others were okay. The rest of staff barely speaks English. Needs to be very patient. - Rooms are not cleaned regularly.

Air conditioning was a bit noisy. Restaurant food was pretty basic. Thai options were better. Coffee wasn't great as they tried to make latte using coffee creamer. Best option was to wander into the resort next door.
