It would be great if the hotel would provide two key cards. Like that if one of us needed to go somewhere, I don't need to wait till late night for another person to come back as there is only one key. The pillow is kind of soft, when sleep with one pillow its too low, but sleep with two pillow its too high. But since i am too tired hence i am still able to get to sleep.

Very attentive staff, from the moment i parked my car, they offered to carry my luggage to my room. Receptionist also very friendly and explains all the procedures. Check out time there are quite many people yet they still being very attentive to ask what help do i need. The breakfast cant say extra ordinary but its good. Breakfast with sushi.

Shuttle bus Time could be improved as the 8 am one was full , maybe they could run one every 30 mins at peak times and Very basic breakfast but ok

The floor is very slippery / smooth. Almost fell down a few times walking too fast in the room. If you walk in the room walk slow and carefully.

This hotel felt more like something I would experience in the USA. It was new, modern and clean. The beds were amazing and I wish I had been able to spend more time here. It is a newer space and very roomy. The shower was AMAZING and hot with great pressure. For the price it was even more than I had expected. If you are looking for a more modern stay I would recommend this. I do not know the walkability as I only stayed one night and originally chose it for its convenient location to the airport. Such a great staff and facility.

This was a functional stop over for us in between flights but I would definitely come and stay longer another time. It really was excellent on every level from breakfast to friendliness of staff and from cleanliness through to excellent provision in the room.

- the security men are so helpful. they help us brought up the luggage and called taxi for us to the airport. - Nice decoration and the room is clean. beds and pillows are comfortable - Quite close to the DM airport. it's walkable .....

Good enough room for the price and fantastic breakfast included. Short 10 - 15min walk from Don Moung airport. Enough eateries around (Try JJ Kitchen) with good food for evening Free shuttle bus back to airport every hour in morning for flights (be sure to book the night before)

The smell on the living room, it wasn’t totally unpleasant though. It just made it smell a bit old, or maybe due to humidity.

It’s very spacious, easy to locate, decent breakfast.
