We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaOur stay at the hotel was exceptional! Everything was perfect, from the service to the facilities. The parking was conveniently close, making it easy for us to come and go. Additionally, the restaurants were nearby, which was great for evening outings. The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions we had. They provided us with all the necessary information and recommendations that greatly helped during our stay. We will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to everyone!

United StatesFor those traveling by car with more than just an overnight bag, be aware that limited parking is some distance from the hotel, the streets are mostly pedestrianized, there are no taxis or porterage service, and the cobblestone roads are rarely flat!! While this is not the fault of the hotel, traveling "light" is essential for maximizing your enjoyment of this hilltop venue.
Centrally located in the heart of the old town, this hotel was clean, appeared to be recently remodeled, and the room was very quiet. The included breakfast was simple, yet the choices of breads, cereals, cold cuts, pastries, and beverages was more than adequate for our needs.
