A nice place to stay after a day spent in mountains. Excellent breakfast, very delicious food, a good choice of cheeses and salat for the dinner. SPA with the wonderful view and a glass of welcome prosecco at the lobby

The only thing I could fault that they only had set dinner menus and limited children options. The food was good but would of preferred more options depending on how hungry you are.

The family friendly facilities were fantastic. So many activities to keep everyone busy, great wellness area. Shuttle to the ski field was very handy.

Thought paying for bowling, pool and air hockey was annoying given cost of the hotel

Food at the hotel was amazing, so much variety with different options every night for a 3 course served meal. We loved the buffet breakfast and thought the 1-2.30pm 'snacks' were a perfect option for a small lunch. Children enjoyed the facilities including pool, bowling alley and games room. Adults loved the swimming, sauna and cocktails. Ski bus was brilliant and went to ask the main areas.

It would have been useful to have a second dinner option - sometimes we didn't want 4 courses, plus the kids options weren't particularly child friendly. We went down the road to Bar Fakt a few times which was great. Also, our room wasn't properly cleaned each day. We had the same mugs all week for example. The room was also extremely hot which we couldn't change

Half board dinner is on average side, but some days they have buffet, which was really great. Regarding breakfast, they have either eggs or pancakes depends on day, never seen in any hotel such system.

Good with kids, many activities inhouse after skiing, free hotel ski bus.

despite the fact the hotel charges €40 per dog per night!, apart of keeping the dog in the room, nothing else is allowed. staying at the bar is a problem, eating area not allowed (this is understandable) but the hotel does not offer any option for those who have to keep the dog near and would like to eat together. as a separate remark - the staff should keep the two parking spots where a charger for electric cars (Greenway) is located, clear from non-electric cars (those spots where occupied by standard vehicles almost all the time). we managed to charge our car during our stay, but if someone traveling wanted to recharge the car on the further journey, would be completely trapped.

Nothing could be better, Everything was perfect.

We like everything, but for us that was an extra bonus, that we arrived by an electric car, and they had 2 chargers for free for hotel guests. Skibus service was also really comfortable and we could use it for free on the last day after we checked out.

The busses to the skiing tracks end exactly on crowdy time. When we had the problems with bus reception doesn't want to help, but pretend that they do not understand english, that was very bad experience. Administration could search very good speaking english people from kitchen, waitress or cleaning people and change them.

The upstairs spa was closed, despite the website listing that it is open on weekends. This was very disappointing as I took my family here based on a great previous experience I had there. The room rate should have been much cheaper as the value of the stay significantly lowers without that spa.

It was amazing to have a private ski bus that took us to Biela Put to the ski lifts every morning multiple times and also back. Very convenient and as parking was difficult at the ski resort, this was the perfect choice.

It is a good idea to have separate wellness bath for families and for adults without children, but it would be better if these to target groups could separate more from each other. It was too hot in the room and we were unable to set the temperature.

The hotel is situated near a road. As we got the room to the side of the road, we heard cars.

I really enjoyed SPA centre and catering at the hotel. As the ski slopes are a bit far (2-6 km) from the hotel, we used shuttle bus service to the ski lifts and it was very comfortable: convenient schedule up and back to the lifts, 4 stops near the most popular lifts, the drivers always assisted with the placement of ski equipment in the bus and out of it.

This hotel is specialized mostly for great wellness, two separate wellnesses, both big enough with plenty of opportunities, saunas, outside jacuzzi and iced cave. The fitness centre was great, one of the best hotel fitness centers I have ever been. What is missing is better choice of meal, the kitchen was average for that price, except that accommodation and all the facilities were great. Recommend for the money.

Hôtel is a bit old and could be renovated. The staff doesn’t speak English or barely not any other language than Slovak which is below standard for a four stars

Hotel is like a big kinder-garten: many families with small children make a lot of noise, breakfast menu is also dedicated for children and not up to 4* standards.

Big clean room, but no air-conditioning might be a problem in hot days. We had a tasty degustation dinner. We stayed in better hotels in Tatra for a lower price.
