It is far off the city center, for that reason you are dependent on public transportation or taxi. Public transport is infrequent at late hours. There were spiders on ceiling corners. They did not accept card payments.

You pay cash on arrival - we got overcharged, even though tried to challenge it showing reservation email from booking. They refunded us when I raised a claim through booking so no issue.

Clean, decent, with big parking, good for one night stop on a motorbike trip. Area feels safe but it's quite remote. Cheapest accommodation in Bratislava but you need to add cost for uber ride there and forth.

It is a hotel that looks like a converted dormitory or hospital, which is common in Russia. There is a police academy nearby, so it is noisy with shooting practice in the morning. Reception staff only say what they need. Especially the old town is really far.

Quiet hotel with a large and spacious parking lot, with beds and furniture that are not old. Soap and body wash are available.

Rooms are not that clean, most of the staff doesn't speak English and you can pretty much hear anything thats going on in the closest rooms. For the price, these are small minuses.

As a super budget option this is a good place to stay in Bratislava. Location is pretty rough, but Bolt/Uber is really cheap and easy to use to travel with in Bratislava. Rooms are pretty nice.

Not the cleanest (also depends on who you share the bathroom with). The walls are very thin and noises will be heard.

It was quite affordable, but a bit outside of the city center. Take buse 56 or 52 to the west to bus stop Detvianska and then take tram 3 south to the city center. It takes 20-30 minutes in total.

Terrible staff. When I showed up with a confirmed reservation, I was immediately told in a rude manner to basically "get lost", no rooms are available, stop bothering me. When I repeated the simple fact, that I had a confirmed reservation and therefore I am expecting to be accommodated, the receptionist began to raise his voice, telling me that he does not care about the confirmation. He also used the argument that it is "an automated machine" that confirmed my reservation and that means nothing. I asked for a supervisor, got a reply "He is off". I kept asking for some kind of authority to deal with the situation as the receptionist had no clue and just kept telling me to leave (together with various insults). After a while, I got him to call his boss, who then called back and told the receptionist to give me a room. No apology followed, the receptionist just said that somebody had cancelled a reservation. Now, this is not only a warning to the fellow travelers to be prepared for a hard negotiation, I am also appealing to you (meaning Booking.com) to take some kind of action towards this property as this experience is absolutely unacceptable and possibly even illegal. I do not have the name of either of the involved personnel,but it was the night from the 15th to the 16th of June.

Location (worked well for me, but might not for everyone), sufficient parking space, a grocery store and an ATM nearby.

According to the man at the reception, keys are only prepared after a reservation before two o'clock in the afternoon, and then you don't have a reservation. At 11 p.m. in the evening I had to look for a new place. If you find yourself in such a situation, use Hotel Avion nearby.

I would have liked some more utensils in the kitchenette (like plates, bowls, etc.), but this room was not advertised to have a kitchenette, so I was not expecting these things...they would have been a bonus. This accommodation matched the listing advertised.

We stayed a few nights at the hostel due to the location was nearby family. The room was efficient space for two people (with two beds, closets, and desks). The shared bathroom is only shared between two rooms, so it was actually more private than we expected (especially since our neighboring room was empty). The shared space also included a sink, kettle, and mini-fridge (though only glasses, no plates, or silverware). Staff were kind and WiFi worked perfectly. For us the location was perfect for our needs. There is a bus stop right out front which connects to major trams stops and small market with the basics across the street. There are not many shops, cafes, or restaurants within walking distance; but we new the neighborhood already. I would recommend for someone who needs to be in this area of Bratislava (would probably not be ideal for people looking to only explore city-center.

The rooms had central heaters, but they were kept off all the time. We asked the assistance team, on which they responded that these are centrally regulated. But, trust me, they weren't turned on AT ALL. We were shivering in cold during our stay.

Walls are not too thick so you can hear your neighbors. Earplugs recommended if someone is snoring behind the wall. Not too big bed .

There where 2 men at the frontdesk who didnt speak english at all, we had to do signs with our hands.We couldnt ask about buses or breakfast.The shower was old and you have to hold it very good because the hose was stiff and directed to the door.There was a toilet separate from the shower and the brush to wash it was stuck in her support.A lot of noisy men and women outside at the window in the night.
