Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A good location in walking distance to many attractions. Nice and clean rooms with very comfy beds. The breakfast is good, tasty and cover all the needs. For the Spa zone you have to make an appointment with the company that operate the Spa. It was not my case but I just asked :)

DenmarkThe air conditioning unit was too noisy for us to sleep while it was running, so we had to turn it off. But if we left the window open, we got bitten my mosquitoes, so we just had to sleep in a hot and stuffy room. We told the staff, but there was nothing they could do.
Breakfast was excellent. Location was very convenient. Area was very quiet at night. The ceiling of the room was very high and the hotel in general is very spacious.

Shower, bed, AC. Hotel is in the city center, big windows, parking, etc I think it worth 15-20 EUR less, but I was happy to be there for a one night. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and co-workers. Wifi was very good, but it is not safe for business customers to have a wifi without a password.

United StatesHard beds and we needed to change rooms because first one had not been properly cleaned, however, the reception was excellent in immediately fixing this issue. The hallways were dark until you hit the motion detector. There needs to be at least one light before entering the dark area.
LOVED the breakfast. Probably biggest selection we have ever had in a hotel. Quality was excellent. Impressive that no one could get on your floor without the room key sensor. Reception was very helpful and immediately fixed our room issue. Grateful for their own parking garage although the slots were very tight…

IndiaI can’t really think of anything other than the fact that there was no charging point near the bed. I used my power bank to charge my phone but you really shouldn’t be using your electronic devices before sleeping anyway.
The property is amazing and is located centrally - close to the city centre with direct access to the tram and bus lines in very close vicinity. It’s about 1.4km from the train station if you want to walk but there is a direct bus that will drop you off 60-100m from the property. The staff is very nice, super helpful and very professional as well! The room I’d booked was clean with all required amenities - a kettle with tea and instant coffee, hair dryer in the washroom and even a study table and a chair. The breakfast is quite the spread too - they were by far the best meals in my entire journey. It’s a lavish spread with cheeses, meats, vegetables, pancakes, juices and even prosecco.

United StatesOlder gentleman working the night desk seemed very irritated that I was bothering him for an iron. I don't know if he thought I could just wait until housekeeping brought me one, but it was late and I wasn't in a spot to wait until the next day to iron my work clothes for the morning.
