Breakfast was fine, but the coffee maker was breaking down a lot. The air conditioner was broken, I asked the staff to fix it but maybe you just can't control the temperature, it was way too hot in all 3 rooms. For a 4* hotel I would expect shower gel and shampoo to be not 2 in 1 solution :D Even if it's Rituals. :D TV always showed an error that the channels couldn't be found, so I used my Netflix. :D I was too lazy to complain again to the staff. Somehow we understood badly that the city fee is 3 euros/day is not included in the whole price. So be aware that you will need to pay for it in the hotel separately. Early check-in is quite expensive, 25 euros.

It is more like a 3* hotel, but it was a decent place to sleep and have breakfast. The beds are huge, rooms are quite big. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The food in the restaurant was a very good standard and our waiter named Richard was outstanding at his job. He was knowledgeable, friendly and a very nice person.

It was a good stay, not much to complain. But I found the hotel rate, including parking fee quite expensive. It is not a value stay.

It is at a walking distance to the city center, breakfast is OK for a Turkish man, but might be above the standards for the country.

It was 30°C when we visited, and the Aircon in the rooms was not great.

Would be good if milk was provided in the rooms with the coffee station and some bottled water as we arrived late on a Sunday the shops were closed. The water provided in the lobby was very warm.

Reception staff was a bit moody regarding early check in. Someone also told us breakfast was until 11 but it was until 10. Also the baggage storage isn’t in storage it’s just leave it behind a gate that anyone can access.

The price for the hotel was amazing. The hotel was beautiful.

Even though we checked in on my birthday nobody seemed to care at reception. I kindly asked for a twin bed bedroom instead of queen bed and even this request was denied. No welcome gesture or anything inside the room... A little bit attention to detail could make your guests feel special. There was no main light in our room and the facilities looked old. We were on 6th floor which apparently hasn't been renovated yet. The room was extremely small. There was literally the bed and no space to move around.

The location was ideal for us as we wanted to be within walking distance to the mall and bus station. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice. Strong AC, comfy beds, clean bathroom. The breakfast was very good - many options to choose from.

I am not sure if this is a thing in Bratislava but there was no way I could put the shower fixed at the top, over my head. I am not used to that, and didn’t enjoy my showers that much. Hotel staff was very polite and respectful, though they were not friendly. I also think this is part of the Bratislava/Slovakia culture, as we saw the same behavior across the city.

Bed was very comfortable, and the room was big enough for a couple. There were a lot of different options for breakfast, and it was generally OK.
