The pillows were too high, and extremely uncomfortable, not your standard comfy hotel pillows. In addition, the checkout is extremely early at 10 am, and no one warned us if we were late that they will charge us a late checkout fee. Most hotels have their checkout at 11, and that's what we thought would happen.

The location isn't that special, but it was okay for us staying just one night on our way to Czech. The building is quite impressive, and a lovely receptionist Aleksander gave us a tour and a history lesson of the 300 year old building and its renovation process. The interior of the building is traditional but modern, they've done an excellent job.

All was very good.

The hotel staff were excellent and very informative about the history of the hotel. The restaurant was excellent and the chef was very accommodating. He created charcuterie board even though it was not a menu item.

There is really not much one can say on the negative side. Even as I think of saying anything negative or that could be improved, I am not coming up with anything. Thanks for the weekend.

The Hotel is almost brand new, very nicely equipped. The rooms are ample in size. We did not eat dinner there, but breakfast was good. We were in Stupava visiting friends, and the Hotel met our needs perfectly. Would easily go there again.

The restaurant is not so much vegan friendly. The navigation will bring you in front of the hotel, but, due to the enviroment, you can’t see that you are in front of the hotel.

The staff is very friendly. This new hotel has an interesting history, which can be seen from the beautiful interior. Everything really shines and nice smells. Each floor has a spacious balcony for smokers. For my taste, the coffee was perfect.

Breakfast time, tables were not cleaned, few tables were left free to sit, juice jugs were empty, some options were almost out. But food was tastfull and fresh.

Amaizingly beutiful place, food was very tastfull, and offcource dinner service was on top! Really really happy with the stay, if possible, i will come back 100%!

New facility in a quiet street in Stupava, big yard/garden (stiil not yet finished) and nicely decorated rooms. I came too late and didn't have opportunity to taste food in the restaurant, I've heard is good. Perfect solution for short stay if you want to rest and enjoy in quietness.

Nothing, we were deeply impressed with the quality of the accommodation overall! We got to Stupava around 7 in the evening, so the options for dinner in the area were a bit limited (the restaurant did not have open that late that day, presumably because the hotel was fairly empty), but we still found a nice local place 10 min on foot that was open until 10 PM, and there's a supermarket in the vicinity that is open until 9 PM.

Dear booking, I never had situation, when I made reservation for 89€ and at reception, they gave me invoice for 97€. I need invoice for the amount, which I have paid, it was a business trip, I need right documents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
