The modern and simple interior, spotlessly clean, amazing view from the balcony. Located in a quiet area away from the touristic center of Štrbske Pleso, on the other side of railway. But at the same time, very close to everything (shops, restaurants, etc). I like the place so much that I booked another stay in a few months while staying there!

better messaging about the fact that the reception is on the other hotel - we found it out only after arriving and reading the small note on the door no lobby and no hotel facilities

We had a apartment on 4th floor with wonderful view of the mountains. It was very clean, comfortable bed,quiet area,on the other side of the building there is a beautiful lake. I reccomend Monte Mory cafe.it is 10 minutes away from the hotel on foot. They serve delicious coffee, tea and cake for good price. It is located on the hill with wonderfull view.

There was no breakfast at the hotel but we got recommendations for a super nice place nearby. For this price the wellness should be available for the guests for free (at least for once for an hour or so). There were some hairs from previous guests on the floor in the bathroom.

The location is perfect. Close to the center, lake, walking trails and the station. At the same super quiet with beautiff view on the forest and mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was nice big, fully equipped, with super comfy beds. Parking is available for guests at the place.

We were at the top floor and the balcony had no roof so we mostly could not use it due to rain. The AC was only in the main room and did not seem sufficient - we were directly under the roof (luckily opening the balcony worked most of the time). We requested a highchair and did not get it nor did we get any feedback about it. The shower drain was partially clogged.

The room was very nicely furnished with pleasant and calming colours, it was cosy but spacious enough for our child to play. The view was amazing - it felt as if we were directly in the nature. I really loved the stay. It was also very quiet, it felt as if we were alone in the building.

To our disappointment there were no washer and dryer in the room, although there was a hook-up for them. Wellness access for resort guests was not included in the price. After a long day hiking we found out there had been no room service and the dirty towels were still on the floor, trash cans full, beds not made😟 When I called the desk, they sent us two clean towels instead of three…

Location was great! Couple steps from the train station. The apartment was beautiful, very modern and very clean, sheets and beds comfortable. We even had a view to the mountain peaks from the balcony. Breakfast wasn’t included, but coffee and tea bags were provided. Kitchen was fully equipped.
