Unfortunately despite having decent amenities for kids, there are some challenges for families with kids. The kids corner is rather empty or with broken toys, there were only 3 kid chairs available during breakfast and dinner, the outside pool for kids was closed(which wasn't made known before booking). Also there is no lift to the rooms so you might struggle if you have a stroller.

The hotel is nicely renovated, rooms are clean and quiet. The selection of food during breakfast and dinner was really great and broad. The indoor water park (several pools and attractions) is included in pricr and great for kids. The staff was in general quite helpful and pleasant. The access to the sea is 3 min from the hotel.

We had a room where we heard the sewage every time someone in the house took shower or went to the toilet, but i think it was only problem of our room. Rooms are quite soundproof, but the problem is that room doors are slaping with a loud sound, so in the morning it is hard to sleep. would be nice if the hotel had a small sea beach where children could enter the water.

Excellent surroundings, nice breakfast, wonderful spa and pools zone( that is the main advantage of the hotel). Overall the hotel rooms are nice.

The staff at the reception should try better. They are very unpleasant and rude. It is a huge shame.

The parking place is a litlle far, but it was not a big problem :)

The pools with seaview were fantastic. Also the room was really new and modern. Breakfast was also perfect, the view was amazing :) We had a great time :)

The location is superb, right by the sea. You can walk into Piran easily. The swimming pool complex is great. The room is comfortable and modern. Good is plentiful, buffet style.

I don't have anything to mention, that I didn't like.

Great accommodation with a perfect staff. Great pools also with slides for children. We were definitely not here for the last time. The beautiful coasts of Piran and Portoroz are very close to the hotel. Thank you Hotel Vile Park for great March family vacation!

The apartment was difficult to find within the complex as they are not signposted well. There was no lift in our apartment block which made it difficult with a small child and husband with a fractured foot. We had a family room, but the single bed in the room was basically a chair bed that folded out and was very hard to sleep on, like sleeping on wood. Finally, the free parking is very very limited out the front and it's very difficult to get a space other wise you have to park in the garage which comes at a cost.

The hotel is placed in a complex of hotels and the views of the sea are fantastic. The rooms are modern, clean and well maintained. Great selection for breakfast. Pools are clean and good for all ages. Within walking distance of the centre and also Piran.

Great hotel. The pool area with sea water was the main attraction of the stay. The pools are right next to the sea so we could sunbathe in open by the sea and swim in the warm sea water in February. Fabolous

Great location and staff, cozy and clean rooms, a good spa and a funny water park with sea water. A good option for kids. Istria always beautiful.

Our room has only one small window. Also,heating was an issue because it wasn't heating season?! We were in November, and the temperature went under 10C during late afternoon. After several complaints, hotel managers decided to start heating in the bathroom, and it was well enough for the whole room.

Location, food, cleanness, parking. It's all around great option for a good holiday. There are many things to see in the surroundings. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I had stayed in Hotel Vile Park in 2019 too. I was glad to stay in there at that time as well. But this time was excellent! All rooms renewed and looks great.Our rooms are very comfortable and large and its name is lavender room. Breakfast, view, location,staff were perfect and staff were very helpful and kind. You can go to Piran by a shuttle that is free and the shuttle schedule in every 15 mins. (But you must walk from the hotel to Piran especially sunset hours).We will be back soon! Pillows were very flat (but the staff provided more for us per request), AC didn't seem to work that great, breakfast was just okay.

The walls are very thin. You could hear everithing from the other room and from upstairs. We had loud neighbors, so we did not sleep well because they were so loud. We did not get bathrobes for the swimmingpool and the towels for the pool that we did get were quite small.

Recently renovated, the room is, well, weird. There is no way to turn the AC on or off. It does what it wants, but keeps the room chilled to the temperature it chose. Even the hotel's staff couldn't figure out how to control it. Same goes for the ventilation fan in the toilet. It was on all the time. There was no way to turn it off. We tried everything. The toilet has a large transparent window to the main room. Does this make sense ?? You can close it or make it opaque in 2 different ways, but both are controlled from outside the toilet. So if you are on the toilet, and you have playful young children around, prepare to go public.

Nice staff, great location, the room was nice, the pool landscape was great.
