Amazing experience! The minute you are welcomed onto the property you feel like you're some place special. The grounds are stunning. We stayed in one of the glamping tents with private hot tub. The tent was so fun for all of us. Warm. Comfortable. Amazing shower. Equally amazing was the breakfast! Wanted for nothing! Easy five minute walk to the lake. Highly recommend

We were greeted on our arrival with a complimentary drink and snack in the reception, and there was also a small bottle of wine waiting for us in our fridge which was a very nice surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and you can genuinely tell they enjoy working there. We stayed in a tree house. It was much larger than we envisaged and very warm considering we stayed in April. Our daughter absolutely loved it. The resort is extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant is very quirky in a beautiful way. Everything here is centred around nature. We enjoyed evening drinks outside by a log fire next to the pool. The treehouse had a real bathroom, and hot water was no issue, there was also a shower / toilet block very close by. The location is beautiful, and very clean. Lake Bled is only a 5-minute walk, and it is stunning. I can imagine the town is lively in high season. We did not use the onsite restaurant in the evening, but the menu looked good. We can only recommend the resort and I am sure we will be back. Thank you!

Unfortunately, during our stay, it was one of the windiest days in the region (I later found out it was one out of 5 such days in a year) and the treehouse creaked very loudly whenever there were strong winds. We had to move down from the bed in the loft to the ground floor due to the noise but it kept me awake longer than I would have liked (though it wasn’t an issue for my partner). Would have been good to have some ear plugs in the house and a note about this (I imagine families with babies would have had a hard time). The structure was extremely stable though so it was really more a question about the noise than safety. Nonetheless, I would still book this again (but maybe I’ll try the tent the next time)

The entire resort is a beautiful sanctuary that is very well planned and designed. We especially loved the design of the restaurant which offered really good quality (many ingredients and herbs were from their own garden) and delicious food (we had dinner there during our stay). Staff were all extremely friendly and nice.

Tent with a hottub was great with kids. Allso tent from inside was perfect for a family of 4. Downsides: Our tv nor wlan did not work. There was mole on the bathrooms floor. It was chilly at night even we had heating on. River and its surrondings needs some updating. Went for a swim there and found broken glassbottle from the "beach" Breakfast was great. We were disapointed that the restaurant was not so child-friendly for the dinner. Only a set menu with 3 courses or a sbagetti. Had to order our dinners and pizza for the kids elsewhere. We tried to ask about activities from the reception, Lady did not tell us that there are bikes, saunas and massages available. Would have booked straight away! For this price (300€/night) I would wait for better customer service.

Terrible service in the restaurant . Within 2 days we could not even get a table while half of the tables were available. One we finally managed to have a table there was an old dirty paper with the menu and we had to leave. No even apologies. Tents by the river are amazing and I’m sure owners put great idea into this place but I don’t think staff cares much. The glamor tent was disappointing with dirty Hottub with dead insects, leaves, cold water. Everything is about eco but the tent had cheap plastic floors.

Limited space on the tent, was raining and cold during our stay, so it was difficult to sleep comfortably despite having a heater. Check-out at 10:00 was way too early, especially when check-in is only at 14:00.

The place was amazing, so was the concept of the garden village. Breakfast was nice and staff was excellent too.

Massage was too soft Dinner- it is not possible to choose a la carte, only 3-course menu, price for dinner was too high- not worth for meal I would prefer more vegetables on breakfast

A reception girl was quite slow. She didn't even show me the way (and it's not easy to do that for the first time), and didn't tell me I was entitled to a welcome drink. Luckily all the guys in this resort are much more friendlier
