It is in a perfect location, the buildings and the parts (garden, etc.) between them are the same, the apartments are beautiful inside and very well designed, with very good materials. Everything. Incredible views, great location, wonderful attentive staff and comfy rooms! We were super pleased to have a washing machine in our room and were able to wash our clothes mid trip which was fab. The breakfast basket was delicious too! Beds were comfy, amazing rainfall shower too! We will come and stay again!

This apartment is an absolute gem! From its prime river location to its stylish interior, it offers everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay. Impeccably clean, modern amenities, and a view to die for. Trust me, you won't find better.

The apartment is beautiful with modern facilities. A special charme is created by the two floors, downstairs is the living and cooking area while upstairs you find the bedroom(s) and bathroom. The receptionists were always friendly, happy and helpful. They gave great tipps and guidance about great hiking routes and tipps for roads depending on the weather. A few more perks: Sauna is included, eBikes as well, in Summer you can enjoy the outside fireplace or the jacuzzi. The location is perfect, in the middle of nowhere, close to the most beautiful gorge and waterfalls and wells.

Everything was nice. One point for improvement would be that one out of 3 reception ladies that were around needed a bit more customer-focused training. On the third day there was a lady that seemed quite immature in how to deal with customers. The other 2 ladies were very nice and professional.

Location was fantastic! Hotel brand new and super clean We got vegan basket for breakfast :-) Sitting area outside of our studio was lovely. We loved access to e-bikes -it was awesome to ride around the Soca Valley. Very quiet :-) hotel has also sauna and Jacuzzi but we didn't use it. Hotel was helping us to arrange activities and we particularly loved board paddling with Andrei. Highly recommend his offering: Bovec Paddleboarding!!! :-) We loved it so much!

Only downside in the studio is the bed, the mattress was really hard and we weren't quite able to get a good night sleep. Maybe that's not an issue in the bigger apartments with an actual bed and not a sofa bed.

The studio was very well equipped, there was salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee capsules and tea in the kitchen and all the gadgets to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We really liked the sauna and the outdoor sunbeds to relax in the afternoon. The ladies at the reception were super friendly and very helpful with everything. We loved the free hiking guide with suggested trail descriptions (but be careful and download the trail in the GPX app, the trail description alone might not be sufficient to find the trail, especially if you do longer trails, and be aware that duration times are meant one way) and did a wonderful hike one day. Loved our stay and would come back anytime!

I would suggest to put an picnic table close to the BBQ. And maybe soms extra tables for other guests, because the balcony is very small (great for having a coffee but not for dinners)

Excellent location! It is easy to go for a hike, paddling in the soca river or ride the bike. Friendly host. Apartment was clean and well equipped. We could use the bbq. The first morning we got breakfast. Very nice and yummy! I would recommend this accommodation if you like mountains, to do activities and clean and nice apartments.

Minor comments, there was no air conditioning in the apartment, and the jacuzzi was out of order. Also, we only stayed for 2 days, but had we have stayed for longer, we might have found the sofa bed a little bit annoying, it was comfortable as a bed, but creaked a lot in the night tossing and turning - and didn’t look straight forward to turn into a sofa.

Beautiful location, well positioned for the Soča Valley, and only a short drive to Bovec. The reception staff were particularly helpful and friendly. We made use of the E-bikes and the communal BBQ (free of charge). Everything was clean, fresh and looked brand new!

Everything was amazing. The studio was spotless, very well equipped. We couldn't have asked for more. It was so peaceful, the rooms are soundproofed so no noise from next door. And the setting is breathtaking, waking up to a view of the mountains and opening the doors to just the sound of crickets and birds was heaven. We also loved the locally sourced brakfast basket on our first day. We can't wait to return. We didn't use the bikes but we could see they were excellent E-Mountain bikes and reception offered to assist with booking other activities.

If I was going for a mix of hiking and enjoying a few beers with people...I would pick other area...nothing wrong with the hotel but the entire area is rather under-developed (again - for me it was the point and what I liked.... but very much the opposite of staying in Bled for example). ...so it's not that I didn't like it...just sharing with potential visitors who may expect a few restaurants, bars, a small town center.... Otherwise there was nothing to dislike about the place itself.... bathroom was large, heating/ cooling worked well, attractive setup....maybe, considering the remote location - it would be good for the owners to add some sort of a small vending machine.....granted there is a small deli just 10 min walk.... but if you arrive late.... and didn't think to bring with you food / water.... you may be in a tough situation.

Really nice, (I guess) recently build complex - very stylish and modern but also welcoming and well planned out.... Nice furniture and equipment....good approach to conservation and 3xR's... Location was also amazing (for me) but this may be seen by others as a negative....since there was downtown, bars, "scene" you could walk to.... Rather secluded...but again - this was my wish as I wanted to really hike and enjoy piece in Nature. Nice addition, worth the extra little money - is the breakfast basket given by the crew on your first day..... but you still have to supply yourself with food for future days, as there is no restaurant / bar / shop onsite
