Very friendly welcome and clean and modern accommodation. We enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi. The breakfast was just amazing, local products directly served to your door step. Thanks for the little present during checkout.

Having to book the hot tub to use it. I get it though as they want to give each of the guests their own time vs a free for all.

Helpful orientation to the property and area upon check-in. We also got great help with booking whitewater rafting and fly-fishing. The location is beautiful (you can even hear the Soca river from the deck) and the apartment was exceptional in terms of layout, comfort and design. Very high quality everything! Easy walk to a small market and a few restaurants and many others within a 10-15 drive. So many hikes and activities to do nearby. Great for a family of 4 but 5 days was not enough!

Beautiful well kept flats, that have everything you need for a family vacation. Wonderful location- 2 minutes from the Soca, 15 from Bovec. A nice breakfast and a generous staff made the stay even better.

Great location with perfect service. We received a bottle of wine and free breakfast basket. The Sauna is free. The apartment has all facilities you need, also a washing machine. Great apartment if you like to explore the region and do many outdoor activities.

The local ingredients on the welcome breakfast pack were excellent and the accommodation exceeded expectations. It was really spacious and the children had a lot of space to play.

This accommodation is simply perfect. It is in a perfect location, the buildings and the parts (garden, etc.) between them are the same, the apartments are beautiful inside and very well designed, with very good materials. We received a basket with delicious local produce for breakfast. The accommodation is modern, spacious and has an alpine atmospheric feeling. Parking is free and the river with gorges and walking/cycling trails are close by. The e-bikes available onsite were fun to cycle with along the exceptionally scenic soča river

Everything. Incredible views, great location, wonderful attentive staff and comfy rooms! We were super pleased to have a washing machine in our room and were able to wash our clothes mid trip which was fab. The breakfast basket was delicious too! Beds were comfy, amazing rainfall shower too! We will come and stay again!

This apartment is an absolute gem! From its prime river location to its stylish interior, it offers everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay. Impeccably clean, modern amenities, and a view to die for. Trust me, you won't find better.

The apartment is beautiful with modern facilities. A special charme is created by the two floors, downstairs is the living and cooking area while upstairs you find the bedroom(s) and bathroom. The receptionists were always friendly, happy and helpful. They gave great tipps and guidance about great hiking routes and tipps for roads depending on the weather. A few more perks: Sauna is included, eBikes as well, in Summer you can enjoy the outside fireplace or the jacuzzi. The location is perfect, in the middle of nowhere, close to the most beautiful gorge and waterfalls and wells.

The place was very comfortable, and nestled in the stunning Triglav national park. The friendly and helpful staff recommended some amazing hikes in the area.

The facility is really comfortable. The location is excellent. They offer a lot of stuff (bikes, …) free of charge.

Everything was nice. One point for improvement would be that one out of 3 reception ladies that were around needed a bit more customer-focused training. On the third day there was a lady that seemed quite immature in how to deal with customers. The other 2 ladies were very nice and professional.

Location was fantastic! Hotel brand new and super clean We got vegan basket for breakfast :-) Sitting area outside of our studio was lovely. We loved access to e-bikes -it was awesome to ride around the Soca Valley. Very quiet :-) hotel has also sauna and Jacuzzi but we didn't use it. Hotel was helping us to arrange activities and we particularly loved board paddling with Andrei. Highly recommend his offering: Bovec Paddleboarding!!! :-) We loved it so much!
