Everything exactly as in the description. Awesome breakfast, mostly local organic products and gluten-free bread available. We were more than satisfied.

Parking was a bit tricky as there was supposed to be space for about 7-8 cars in the backyard, but when we got there there was a tractor parked inside blocking the way. Therefore only two cars could park on the side that intended to be for four cars. The owner was really helpful and found the driver of the tractor immediately, so we could park our car in the backyard as well. Maybe painting parking lines would be useful. Parking outside on the small square is a bit pricey (however this is not up to the owner, of course).

We liked the design of the room, as the Slowenien tradition of using slippers within the building as well. Everything in the breakfast buffet was homemade or local products were offered.

The problem was with the bed, the slats of which would occasionally buckle until we ended up sleeping on the mattress. Not crazy, but not the most comfortable solution either.

Great breakfast and a nice location. The room layout is a bit weird if you're not used to it, but can't say it's bad. Certainly and interesting place worth visiting.

Only thing what I don't like that much was bathroom in middle of your room.

Staff is very friendly. Quality of breakfast is exactly what I like. Quality of bed sheets is also best what you can have.

The toilet/shower with a glass door and not totally fully separate is not practical nor private.

Markets and restaurants are not very close.

The only issue we had with our stay is that the toilet in the room has only glass doors and a curtain which gives little privacy.

The hotel is very cosy and clean. We loved the concept — every room tells a different Slovenian story. Breakfast was always great offering delicious local produce. We would definitely come back.

A bit noisy with kids running around up and down the stairs.

Beautifully restaurated 100 years old house. It has wooden floor and originally decorated rooms. Warm and very clean. We also liked a genuine bathroom. Very nice views from the window. Across the street is a restaurant from another hotel which is convenient. All the check in is done electronically.

Large family apartment with good breakfest with local food and very nice staff. Great location near to Planica and Kranjska Gora. We can strongly recommend it.

Bed was not very comfortable. Room was rather small. There was empty soap in the shower.

Our rooms at Pr' Gavedarjo Podkoren have been delightful in every way. Our first night was so great that we decided to stay a second night -- we had to change rooms as our first room was already rented for the second night, but management made that super easy. Both rooms were spacious and well-appointed with beautiful wood everywhere. The hotel across the street in the quaint village served a delicious dinner. But the best part was the breakfast hostess, Lucija, who was gracious and fun to talk with (you pick the language -- she speaks them all!) while serving a lovely breakfast. This location is near the Julian Alps with easy access. A lovely spot in every way.

We were both not too keen on the open plan bathroom with a view of the toilet area. Perhaps the younger generation are not bothered, but us seventy year olds find it a bit impersonal.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The communications prior to our stay was good and the instructions for entry.

The shower and toilet are part of the entire room so if you are with a big group that could be a bit uncomfortable
