Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe room /apartment does not have any windows. Unfortunately the aircon didn’t work , the owner tried really hard to fix the problem but couldn’t manage. Not having daylight was an issue for me.
Location was excellent , very close to the Dragon Bridge and a short walk from the main bus stop-the communication with the owner is excellent and allowed me an early check in- The room was very clean and tidy

LithuaniaThe only thing that is not so great, especially for a 50-year old person like myself, is he bedroom, placed on top of the living room. There is too little space to move comfortably, and also the stairs are a bit too narrow. Otherwise, everything else was great.
The host was an extremely kind and caring lady. And the position was really good, with pretty much everything reachable by walking.

Great location in the city center close to a variety of bars, restaurants and the train station! You can easily walk everywhere. Spacious room with a high ceiling and all the needed amenities. Friendly host was very flexible with the check-in.

GermanyFree parking isn't actually free, you have street parking instead, so you have a choice of 25E per day parking or park 3 blocks down and walk with luggage 🧳 The lack of railing for the 'second floor' makes it really unsuitable for couples with pets or with small children, or for tall people as you have to literally crawl to bed or sleep on the couch

ThailandIt was a basement , maybe it was mentioned but it was last minute booking so i havent paid attention to this detail. Plus, please have the same color of towels, you have white and creamy color, this make you feel that are old ones. You need to change the light above the bed, it is doesn't have a good connection.
The service was really good and the person in charge was always willing to assist. Fresh smell on the towels and the bed sheets, really good. Perfect location and easy access to the keys.
