The room was quite small, but if you're just concerned about having a place to sleep, it's perfectly comfortable. The bed was a good size and took up most of the space. We had a sizeable luggage with us and it somehow fit in front of the fridge so we could access our clothes etc.

The apartments are in a really good location. There's a bakery (opens at 6:30 am) and a supermarket (opens at 7 am) 1 minute walk away, as well as the main square of Piran. We did a daytrip to Venice and the port was a 2 minute walk from the accommodation. The room had a private bathroom with a shower, as well as air conditioning and a small fridge. Check in was smooth, the host sent us the keycode to the outside door and the room door well in advance. We also got a lot of useful info and recommendations about parking and other things to do/keep in mind.

The facilities may seem a bit simple to some but there still was complimentary shower gel and the overall value for money is amazing, especially given the location.

The location is absolutely perfect and very central, only a few meters from the bus stop piazza Tartini from the mandatory parking to access the city center. Also the check-in without desk may seem impersonal but still is very convenient to access the hotel any time. The staff was very reactive when needed.

Each room should be provided with at least a kettle and a few cups. It would be perfect then. Parking and access to the city are not great, but they have nothing to do with the flat.

Bed was too flappy(soft?) for us, but everyone likes something else, so it's not downside I think. Room is really small, without wardrobe, it is suitable for short stays imho (less than a week), for longer stays it might be uncomfortable.

Room has super position, groceries, bakery, drinks and restaurants in 3 minutes or less. Host was really nice, we had all the necessary information and she answered all of our questions quick. Getting to the room is through two doors unlocking with PIN code. Room has no window, but it has vent and AC so no problem for us, as we were in the room basically for sleep and to change clothes, but for longer time it could get weird without any sunlight. However, we were informed right after booking that there is no window (and it is also stated in bio, so no problem)

The accomodation on the top floor under the roof had only a roof window and very low roof ceiling. We could not see anything and the movement in the room was difficult. Not worth of the money paid for the accomodation

I expected some small space as kitchen for breakfast preparation. But it is a my fault. It is not written in description. What will be great is a space where you can dry your wet towels and swimming dress. This is missing.
