I would recommend that they change the pillows to a bigger size because these are too small. Otherwise we will sure recommend this facility to other people. They are also super nice❤️

There was only a loo and a shower, no washbasin at all. We had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. You can ear the trains well enough to wake you up quite early in the morning. There's another room next door, in the same apartment, and you can ear everything single noise from one room to the other, specially when your neighbours don't respect the house rules and make noise after 22 o'clock. And I didn't like the fact that you leave the keys of your room on the table, when checking out. We should be able to lock the room's door and the apartment's door and leave the keys in a mail box, somewhere, so that nobody else can enter the room.

For us that arrived late in Liubliana and just wanted to spend the night and departe again early in the morning, the location was good enough. We had to walk 900 metres and found it easily. We did a remote check in, as they asked us, and the instructions to find the keys and get to the apartment were clear and accurate. The room has been renovated, looked beautiful and comfy and was clean.

I booked this property because it was listed as a room with a private bathroom, but the fact is there was no bathroom at all. There was a toilett, and there was a shower. But if you want to wash your hands, face, teeth, there is no place for that but we were supposed to use the kitchen sink. And the kitchen is shared. So all the while people from other room were cooking their food in a small and narrow kitchen, we were supposed to wash our teeth there at the same time. Which I find unhygienic and is definitely not a private bathroom, rather the property does not have the proper bathroom for that room at all. Also, besides the noise from the trains because the property is immediately next to the railways, there was a big noise from the club that is placed at the same building and had a rock concert. I was very disappointed because I stayed many times before in Ljubljana, enjoy the city every time, and had very good experience with accommodation and my hosts. This time it was very crowded due to Ljubljana marathon taking place this weekend and the city was packed.

The walls were very thin we could hear trains and the club next door. We also had someone rustle our doorknob at night that frightened us. Which is the only thing we really wanted from the room was to get a good sleep. We also wished that the showers and toilets weren't in the same room and were rather properly divided.

The staff was really rude and stressed us out because we left our backpacks for a little bit in the apartment, even though other guests agreed to take them in until we leave. They threatened to throw them out, that behavior was unnecessary because we wanted to put them in a different room, so no one would've been disturbed by the backpacks. Also, the room only had one roofwindow

There was an big ant infestation. When I contacted customer service, the apartment tried to blame the ants on us, rather than just apologising. We also booked a second night for the wrong date, but the property gave us no flexibility to change dates which was disappointing. It was my mistake but they had availability on the date we wanted to book so it would’ve been no problem for them. Trains very loud too

But the place is in a very rough neighborhood, so it's a tradeoff for convenient access to the train at the expense of a nice Ljubljana experience. We decided not worth it so didn't come back for the second night. Worst thing was the heat. I did open the window and used the fan, but it was so brutally hot with no circulation in the entire suite. I slept ok but my son refused to go back, he cannot sleep in the heat. In fairness, it was the hottest day of the year I think. Might be better in different season. If you can tolerate sleeping in a very rough part of town and need a place to crash close to the train it's alright. If I was on my own, no problem, I would come back, I'm not a fussy traveler. It's going to be hot unless you request the suite with AC.

I booked a twin room with private bathroom but we had to share it with the guests from the other room. The building is next to the railways so it was quite noisy at night.

It was sooooo hot. No air conditioning, only a small fan to share between the two beds. We even placed the beds right next to each other so the fan could be shared more effectively, but neither my partner nor I slept at all the night we stayed there. It was so unbelievably hot, impossible to sleep.

It is relatively close to the railway station which was convenient for us, as we had only one night before getting a train early in the morning. The room was clean and large, the shared bathroom was also clean. However the neighborhood is kind of dodgy with a nearby strip club.

Since the room was in the attic, it was kinda hot.

Bus and train stations are 10 minutes walk away. Everything was tidy and appropriate for the price. Also, it was near the centre of the city.

The beds are not comfortable and the floorboards of the bed are heard when turning during the sleep even a little so the bed is "making loud noises", which is why we couldn't sleep at all. There is no mirror in the room or bathroom. There is no sink in the bathroom so you can wash your teeth and hands in the kitchen only.

It was clean. Proximity to the city center , 20 min walk. The kitchen is well equipped.
