It is recommended to bring a pair of earplugs since the Rooms are literally next to the train rails and you will most likely hear plenty trains passing and honking + your neighbors as the walls are also quite thin. The bathroom floor seemed to not have been cleaned before our arrival as there was some hair lying on the tiles as soon as we stepped in. Our room was equipped with only a ceiling window which we couldn’t really open the first two days as it was raining the whole time and since the room is so small it got very stuffy very fast with no opportunity to open a window for fresh air.

The room we booked looked very small in the beginning but as the time passed it got quite comfortable. Location is also very central so we were able to reach most attractions in Ljubljana by walking (< 30 mins). Definitely a perfect place for people who enjoy partying as clubs like the ones in Metelkova are not even 10 mins away. Host is very nice and responded to our questions quickly.

Very poor equiped room without TV. Uncomfortable pillows.The bathroom and toilet are not in the room, it's separated. No mirror in the toilet you can't shave anywhere in the apartment.

Something that was bothering me during my stay, that wasn't mentioned anywhere, was the fact that there was a club next door. Like literally next door. All 3 days i was there - there were concerts. Sound was very loud and lasted for quite some time. I had early bus to my next destination and it was hard to rest. Maybe should mention this somewhere. Also train tracks are right next to property so you can hear them too. And you might not be lucky with neighbours, they can be quite loud too. Wouldn't reccomend this place if you're trying to rest.

This place was right like i imagined from it's description on booking. Property is right next to bus\train station (aprox. 10 min walk) was very easy to reach from airport and if you have any other connection, like i had. From bus station another 10-15 min walk to city center/old town. Also between station and facility is popular Metelkova district (another touristic place). Two supermarkets and bus stop (27, 12 bus) that goes directly to BTC shopping mall. Some places to eat were close too. Room was nice and spaceous, comfy bed, table, lots of sockets, i also had private bathroom with towels, shampoo and slipers. Kitchen area was shared (had everything you might need - fridge, kettle, stove, two washing machines and tumble dryer). Only minus was absence of normal window in my room (no fresh air and couldn't tell the weather), the one at the ceiling was scary to use tbh. Also i wanted to mention one thing, the direction that owner sent was a bit confusing. I couldn't find the back stairs to my floor at the building (and very rude lady that i met there told me to leave). I'm glad that i arrived during day/not at night because i met someone who also stayed at facility and they shoved me the stairs. It might be confusing to those who never had contactless check-ins.

We searched for a place which had private parking, but the host send us where we can find parking in city. That wasn't okay. Check in is in 3pm which is late. Most places check in is about 2pm.

We liked beds, they were very comfortable. Also room was big so we had enough place and it was fresh.

The appartment is next to the train starion so it was loud at the momenta when the train is there, so i would not recomend it to light sleepers. Also, in the description saya that we would have private bathroom but we shared it with another room.

The location is great and the gosts are responaivw. The bedroom was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

I wish there would’ve been some better pillows, because these are so small. There also could be some slippers so you don’t have to go barefoot from bathroom to the room.

I liked its location, the staff is nice and it’s tidy. Also the bathroom is really clean.

The bedroom had a strange smell, there was no microwave, a lot of noise made by the trains was heard in the bedroom and there was no curtains so as soon as the sun shine there was a lot of light in the room which made it impossible to sleep

Lots of stairs to get to our room. The shared area smelled damp.

Very close to the bus station, cheap and easy to get in - all the instructions were emailed through prior to our arrival. Room was clean and tidy, and bathroom was clean. We only needed it for a few hours before catching a bus at 3am, so it was perfect for a short stay.

The ONLINE CHECK-IN is convenient, but do have in mind: The day before you will be asked to send your IDs/passports by e-mail or Booking chat (that part with the documents wasn't mentioned in the description?), which I believe does not adhere to Booking.com safety principles (Booking message: "Protect your security by never sharing your PERSONAL or credit card information over the phone, by email or chat.") and might make some people uncomfortable (GDPR, etc). The "your PRIVATE KITCHEN" is mentioned in the room description and in the photos (for our room type), but the kitchen is actually also shared. Only one TOWEL seems to be provided per person ("towels" mentioned). I suggest adding one more small towel per person for hands/face hygiene. There was one small towel in the shared bathroom, not sure who left it there, but obviously the guests won't be sharing towels (I hope :) ). We didn't find any SLIPPERS mentioned in the room description (not that we really expected them, but if they are not available, they should be removed from the list).

The place is ok for a short overnight stay. The host is eager to contact you and make sure everything is fine. You get detailed self check-in instructions before coming. The location can be convenient, if you're travelling by bus/train.

The rooms are located right next to the railways so we had trains passing by all night. Also, we didn't have our own bathroom, we shared it with the room next to us.

When we entered the fisrt thing that we noticed was that the dimension of the room was smaller than the pictures on Booking, and also the bathroom had the same problem. Apart from some dust on all the surfaces there are no real Windows that can let some air flow and the Place was hot and smelled closed. In the kitchen there are some tools missing that I was expecting to find as Baking tray for the hoven.

The presence of a First Aid kit Is something that I usually don't find and I really liked It. I also apreciated the presence of some teas and infusions in the kitchen for everyone to use.

Property and room itself is very stuffy. The top window is not enough to ventilate the room and additionaly it need to be close during rain. It's a bit noisy outside, but apparently because of the weak ventilation the window need to be open so it's not possible to avoid it. Corridor with shared bathroom had much worse ventilation and it was there very hot and humid, because of working washing machines and it was not at all ventilated. The smell there was not so great. We feel there like in the cage...

I did not realize there would be such sa noice. Door to the terrace had some perforated panel above which meant there was quite a noise from neighbouring traffic and tracks.

The place was near the trainstation and I had remote check-in, which is much more flexible. Also the terrace was nice.

Looks old and run-down from outside and stairwells but rooms modern and clean. As there were 3 separate bedrooms in unit there was a need to lock unit door and then bedroom door. This is a risk if needing to leave quickly e.g with a fire. Not likely but a risk.

Rooms themselves were clean, modern and quiet. Not too far to walk to old city. Showers and toilets clean and only for use by those stating in unit. 3 separate bedrooms in unit. Cooking facilities, tea & coffee facilities
