Really can’t think of anything. Perhaps the blinds automatically opening in the morning, which was a little surprising when your in bed😁. No, this place was terrfic, would stay here again

Very modern, clean facility in a great location, accessible to attractions and locations to eat. Very quiet. The hosts were wonderful, not only accessing the property but supporting us throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend this property for other travellers

Not a downside, but be warned that some units come with steep stairs to the bed, without a railing. Taller people may be at risk of bumping their head. Could have used a larger blanket and extra pillows. Limited public transport from airport or train station and in a lovely pedestrianised area - so expect to walk (though parking assistance can be organised on request - we should have done this) All incredibly minor - would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved how close it was to the main city strip while still feeling like you aren't stuck in the middle of the actual city - only a few seconds walk from great coffee, pubs, restaurants and the river. Extremely modern, well designed apartment - it is clear that an incredible amount of thought has gone into the design and layout of the apartment. Great for younger couples. Loved that there was a microwave alongside other amenities like kettle and fridge. High quality fit out. communal laundry on the basement floor was a huge, unexpected bonus as well. If anything, the listing undersells how beautiful the property is.

The kitchen is very nice, but there are no basic cooking supplies, such as cream for the coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, etc. While it may be possible to reheat left-overs, it would be difficult to cook simple Spaghetti Aglio e Olio from scratch. With that said, the area offers spectacular dining options.

Elegant and cleverly renovated apartment in great Ljubljana location in old Krakovo district. Despite small size the apartment has great amenities! We enjoyed the nearby riverside and neighborhood with good restaurants. It is really close to the center but still very calm - slept like babies :-)... At the check-in we met very kind owner who helped us with parking nearby (yard in another house, 10€ per day).

Nestled in the heart of the city, this recently constructed residence offered both convenience and a prime location. Its central positioning enabled us to effortlessly explore the city on foot, reaching every destination with ease. Upon reserving a room, we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to an apartment at no extra cost. The house, impeccably maintained, provided a spectacular environment equipped with all the essential amenities for our stay. Notably, the adjustable brightness of the lighting fixtures added a stylish and comfortable touch to the atmosphere.

The room we stayed could be a bit tricky for someone with some mobility limitations - the bed was located on a 2nd half-floor and you need to climb a steep ladder/ stairs to get there. For us, two people with no mobility specifics this was not an issue whatsoever.

The room was super stylish and nice. The location is perfect - right next to the central Part but in very quiet area. The host was really friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for my next trip to the city.

Staying here was an absolute bliss. In a five star system, this place deserves six, in my opinion. It's a lovely, modern, very clean place with excellent hosts in a nice part of Ljubljana.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and it offered everything one can possibly need. Jost was super friendly and helpful host and had for example listed the best restaurants to visit nearby. We were also happy with the parking opportunity nearby. Warm recommendation!

Host, Jost, met us at the property promptly and showed us where to park in a reserved lot. Snacks/pastries were provided at the apartment that was unexpected and very much appreciated after a long travel day! Having clothes washing machine and dryer on property a definite plus. Jost corrected the cell phone activation problem with automatic parking gate.

Property is within 5 minutes of the city centre. Plenty of recommendations given for nearby bars and restaurants. We had a hire car which had additional €10 per day cost in a car park 3 minutes from the front door. It’s completely secured with barrier so we had total piece of mind. Jost met us at the apartment and was really helpful and checked us in easily.

My wife and I had the most amazing time staying at this property. The property has a great location within walking distance to all tourist attractions. It was super clean and very modern as well. The host was an absolute legend! They went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. They were super friendly and helpful, always there when we needed them. They even gave us awesome recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I cannot recommend this rented accommodation enough. The host's hospitality, the spotless and modern accommodation, and the unbeatable location made our stay unforgettable. If you're looking for a place to stay in Ljubljana that offers both comfort and convenience, this accommodation is the perfect choice. I would definitely book again without hesitation. Amazing location, 10 min walk away from Preseren square but still based in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment and building are brand new. Well equipped kitchen and a nice shower. Very clean and comfortable. Close to river, restaurants, shops, bars - highly recommend this place!

Sadly out of 5 places we stayed this was the one we liked least and the most expensive. No sink to wash cutlery etc. expected ladder going up but not the lack of railings at the top to prevent serious falls in the night. No bedside light or plug on ladder side so had to use phone for light. 3 remotes for each window. Ac not very effective. If you sit downstairs you are looking straight at the glass partition to the toilet. Pillows were not comfortable something I see others weren’t happy with either

the smart home felt unnecessary. every window has it’s own remote which is unintuitive. the stairs are quiet steep and you are bound to hit your head upstairs. pillows could also be more comfortable

We found the designer stairs to the mezzanine bedroom a challenge and banged our heads a couple of times on the attic rooves. This is not a 'didn't like' but I'd suggest just giving future car travelers the address of the car park - it was very easy to find the apartment from there.

It was fresh and well positioned with new and quality finishes. Once we worked out the light system we found it very effective.
