1. It was a big event on the night that we stayed, so the music was so loud until 23:15 pm. It would be okay if it would finished around 22:00. It was not fair for the guest that paid not cheap to have a nice night there. 2. Aircon was set centrally and it was kind of uncomfortable when we need cooler room.

Location is the best, right near the bus stop and few minutes walk to the lake front. We booked the room with lake view and balcony that was nice. We loved to hear the bell from the church, we got the full view of the church and the castle. The most impressive was the breakfast, the best ever of my 19 days trip in Italy and Slovenia so far. Staffs were helpful and attentive, thank you.

Everything. One small point tho. It has a church right next door and the bells are rung loudly on the quarter, half and full hour between 6am and 10pm. This is obvs an important part of their culture however it can lead to unwanted early wake up calls

Fantastic hotel with amazing breakfasts, great location and most importantly amazing and helpful staff. We spent three active days and the hotel had everything to facilitate our stay. Breakfasts set us up for long hiking / kayaking, espresso in the room allowed to get extra energy while comfortable bed and bathroom allowed us to recover after an active day. Everything was high quality and cozy at the same time. We will come back for sure :)

A couple staff could have been more friendly (dark hair lady at breakfast for example). Cleanliness needs to be improved they are a green hotel no issues with that but table needed a wipe, mould in bathroom fan, bathroom needed better clean. Room service left dirty cups when tidying room. Beds uncomfortable. These changes would be difference between a 4 star and 5 star property.

Great location close to bus stop and the lake. Room upgrade was very welcomed. Most staff were very friendly and helpful but a couple were a bit cold.

The bathroom door has some segments where you can see trough and it causes no privacy. The wardrobe is too small. The cleaning staff changed the towels even if they weren't left on the floor for change.

The breakfast was perfect, there was a huge selection of food. The wellness part was nice. It is good that you can bring your pets with yourself. The whole design of the hotel was unique and elegant.

The breakfast buffet was simply fantastic, everything one can desire on holiday and more!! The rooms on the lake side have a beautiful view, and are very quiet. The hotel itself is modern and functional, very central, a stone throw's away from the main lido, St. Martin's church and the Castle. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and mastered several languages! Bled is not a cheap spot, but this hotel is worth its price!

Rooms were a bit small in size, the mattress was a touch too soft and the pillows too stuffed/ferm.

Breakfast was amazing and the food at the a la carte resaurant is delicious. Location is perfect in the center of Bled near the swimming area, park, castle access and nightlife. Also we got a farewell gift, that was a nice touch.

Lovely hotel, close to the lake and nice to have the swimming pool and jacuzzi available. Breakfasts were fantastic and the staff very friendly. Conveniently close if arriving by bus. No big deal having a non lake-facing room. The view is still nice enough and being north-facing it doesn't get unpleasantly hot on the balcony.

Great location for visiting Lake Bled and doing all the activities there. Lovely breakfast and quiet relaxing indoor pool and next to outdoor sunbathing area. Parking available and very useful too as you walk most places

The room was fairly small, and it was hard to fit 2 carry-on suitcases. Some of the plugs in the room did not work properly.

We paid a bit more for a superior lake-view room and you could only see a tiny bit of the lake, but it's mostly obscured by trees so that was a little bit deceiving. And one tiny gripe - we like a nightcap in the hotel before heading to bed but the bar was closed to residents one night for a wedding. We thought it was a shame that there wasn't still a facility for residents to even take a drink to their room (but thankfully we had a minibar). These things didn't detract from our experience though and we would stay at the Bled Rose again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and all of our interactions with the staff were excellent, both before and during our stay. I had arranged for balloons in the room and also for room service breakfast for my husband's birthday and both were amazing - the breakfast could have served 6 people! We also used the VIP spa and it was lovely (although the jacuzzi was a little on the cold side). The breakfast every day was excellent with some good vegan options. We paid for a superior, lake-view room and it was nice and big with a lovely long balcony.

Booked a Queen Bed and was given two singles (single mattresses and single dovets pushed together). My partner's birthday wasn't recognised at all.

The Bled Rose hotel is fantastic, we loved the stay. Great location, nice balcony, the signature gold burger was yum. Hotel decor is super cute, breakfast was sensational.
