Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location, staff, very good breakfast, restaurant was in renovation one more week, so the owner explained us where else we could get a good dinner. We needed to check out at 11 instead of 10 and it was no problem to stay longer. Room big and comfortable

The location ,very nice village,close to Lubliana, The rooms spacious , very clean and newly renovated .Minimal ,very big ,marble white colored bathroom, mattresses and pillows The breakfast .All the tastes that are served are carefully picked,very tasty.Even the eggs .. The owner ,Kemal ,he is sooo warm hearted and willing to help The village has a beautiful church and also a church on top of a hill about 1/2 an hour walking , perfect for those who love sports

CroatiaThe place was just a little outside of Ljubljana so not great for people without cars. It is in the middle of nowhere. Lol but we knew this going into it so this is more of an FYI for those people booking it.
The place is nice and clean. Spacious. The breakfast also had a great selection of items. Enough parking for everyone. The staff we didn't really meet until breakfast and they were really nice.

For our early departure we were promised a breakfast bag to go but when leaving there was no one available so missed that one. No elevator. The room could have some more basic stuff like waste basket etc. AC was not very powerful but ok.

AustriaThe restaurant has unusual opening hours: 12-18 during the week and 12-20 on Saturday. We are thankful for being accepted although we walked in at 19:45. Pizza highly recommend. The apartment is new that’s why few things are missing, like hire dryer, glasses for water, sort of cabinet in the bathroom. Otherwise all is really great

Czech RepublicMissing storage spaces, one small cabinet for both the rooms is totally insufficient. Missing dryers or minimally some hooks for hanging towels. Missing sockets next to the beds in such modern house is really bizarre. The distance from Lublana city center is big.
Overall cleanliness and modernity of the interier. Fantastic rich breakfast with lot of things to select. Despite the long distance there's the direct bus line 8 to the city center.
