You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryThe fridge in the studio apartment was pretty noisy at times, loud enough to disturb sleep.
The apartment was spotless and the beds are huge and very comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped (although the number of plates and mugs could be increased) and a small dishwasher makes the cleaning up much more convenient. Communication was clear and quick with the host.

CanadaWe checked in on a Sunday, and the reception at the tourist office was only open until 15:00 (after that you can still get access by lockbox, but you will not get any information until the next day). The view from our apartment was of the parking lot rather than the lake, if this matters to you. You are supposed to strip your own bed and take your own garbage out after your stay.
Beautiful newly renovated apartments, 100m from the lake. There is a grocery store and tourist office downstairs and parking onsite. Kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom is very large. Very friendly staff who gave us a lot of information about what to do in the area. Steps away from swimming, hiking trails, and restaurants. Breakfast is available for an extra charge but we cooked our own.

SingaporeIt will be good if the Tourist Infomation Centre has a sign to indicate the apartment name for check in.. It took me a while to find the check in counter.
Apartment is located just across the road where the bus stops at Lake Bohinj from Ljubljana. Note the reception is inside the Tourist Infomation Centre, There is a supermarket Mercator within the same building. Room in spacious, clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning is good. TV has many English movie channels, Bathroom has shampoo, bath gel. Nice to have a complimentary piece of chocolate and many tea bags. Overall a great place to stay at Lake Bohinj.

Well situated for everything we wanted to do, eg got bus outside to Lake Bled, hired e bikes from Tourist info to visit waterfall, go up mountain cable car, etc. Restaurants and bars only metres away. Quiet and dark and comfortable.
