The room was literary within lovely restaurant on one of the most "energetic" street of the old center, where music was playing, many people was on the street (only pedestrains in this area). The room was on 1st floor, as we where leaving early what was important, after 10 pm there was no people on the 1st floor in reastarunat and there was quiet.

Since the rooms are above the inn, it's impossible to rest because it's very noisy. Also, if you get a room with the inner courtyard view, you won't get rest because of the huge noisy construction site. Big complaint is that there was no internet in the room the whole time.

The apartment is really nice, lovely and comfortablra, at excellent location. And the guys are friendly and welcoming.

The room was described as a 2-bedroom, but it's actually a 1-bedroom with 2 twin beds situated in the open spaced shared by the kitchenette and dining table.

The central location is hard to beat--you're in the middle of Maribor's charming center.

Construction workers from a different building opened the window asking to plug in an extension cord into the rooms outlet. Room was very dark.

No breakfast. I was told to stay on the 1st floor instead I stayed on the ground floor in front of work in progress. The entrance was orrible and uncomfortable.

Dark- more than half the lights did not work and unable to keep the one window open because people passing thru construction zone kept closing it Coach stank No fresh air - poor ventilation Shower platform and stairs up were dangerously slippery Hot- asked for fan but restaurant staff couldn’t help us Zero communication with owner- did not respond to our emails

it was next to a very large construction site. work began at 7 am and it was hard to sleep past that time. additionally there were electrical sockets coming out of the wall.

So,so many that i can not choose, very big lies on booking profiles.

1. No parking so we must park our car 1.3 km from apartment- free cardio. 2. They teach you to become warrior you must fight for better room not be in basement and have wifi in 21 century…..100. There you learn to wake up early max 08:00 expressly in weekdays non stop house is build 5 meters from our apartment and the noise was so loud and beautiful…so finally they make me good photographer and videographer i will show you some photos an video.

Staff can’t speak slovenian, the entrance is through the back door/kitchen and the enteance is on a square that is being renovated so you walk over construction site that is about 0,5m wide and actually too small to open the doors, and they also have only one key for the room.

Staff was friendly, even thought communicating with them was hard.

the room was not finished. there is a false wall, which covers the ventilation from the kitchen (a huge mess). in the bathroom the fan does not work, you have no source of ventilation. in the "kitchen" the microwave oven and the toaster, very very dirty. I went to the reception, they said the manager would call, but everything remained the same. shame about the location!!

Great Place! Lovely apartment on top of a restaurant with great atmosphere. Clean and comfortable. The Staff is kind and the food in the restaurant id so delicious! If you want to eat there, make sure you make a reservation, as it seems to be the busiest place.

Check-in is at the bar in the restaurant. Had to wait for the waiter to return, while the family waited outside in the street. Had to walk through the back of the restaurant and out into an alley to get to one of the rooms.

The room on the upper floor had an air-condition. Great location centrally in Maribor. Sound isolation was excellent in that room, so we didn't have any
