We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaWonderful location in the center of the town, 13 mins walk to the castle. Super clean,. although we had the economy room, there was all you need at hand. The bathroom is big and modern. Private parking is available at 500 m from the hotel. We loved our stay and we highly recommend this place!

The location is amazing, right in the city center, allowing you to walk to all of Ljubljana's old town from the hotel. The staff was exceptionally nice, assisting us with booking taxis, checking trains, and recommending attractions. The breakfast was quite good, and the room was clean and cozy. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is OK - but more options in the buffet would be nice. Also the elevator is really bad and slow - could use an update for us with bad knees :) However we loved the hotel and the staff and would stay there again!
