We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We loved the quircky, spacious room, the big, comfy bed, the huge and slightly weird building, the parking space behind the hotel, the location (Kranj is small but so nice), the fact that the windows could open for fresh air but also the good isolation (for quiet during the night) and last but not least the two owners/hostesses.

They made it possible to check in earlier and also the morning we left we had early breakfast so we could eat something before our flight. Room is beautiful and comfy, jacuzzi is really nice. Close to the airport so great place to stay before or after a flight. Hope to come back!

FinlandSome initial challenges with air conditioning adjustment and minibar noise, but those were sorted out. Breakfast on weekends starts at 8 (not 7) - we did not notice a mention on that. Luckily staff arranged early breakfast on short notice :-)
