Wifi connection is not perfect, however staff tries to help you to fix it. Breakfast served in the hotel is miserable. It is much better to eat it in the residential building next door. The food there is much cheaper.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was really helpful. I had a problem with wifi and they did everything they could to help me to fix it. Finally they changed my room to one with a better connection. If you have any questions they answer all of them. In the residential building next to the hotel there are a lot of restaurants (hawker) serving breakfasts. They open already at 5am. They serve much better and cheaper breakfast than in the hotel. Hotel rooms have nice view too.

The receptionist was a a bit rude maybe she’d had a bad day the day we check in, the hotel offers a welcome drink in their rooftop bar but we never get our coupons, the day we arrive we try to get on the roof top to enjoy the view but they were having a gathering so we were no able to enjoy we head down to reception at night and they don’t even have an idea that their was a party on the roof top, the food is a bit overpriced for what they offer, in the app they offer a shuttle service to one of the train station to get back to the airport but when we try to get it was not available also offer a laundry service but is not in the hotel is about 3 min walking distance.

The wi fi: it was sporadic and often disconnected suddenly.

The hotel is in great location, close to transport and walk by the river. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful.

Mould in the bathroom, thin walls (could hear people in the room next door).

Staff were friendly and accomodating, room was comfortable, air conditioning was great, good location (easy to walk to MRT Chinatown)

Good location with many cheap eateries nearby. We arrived very early in the morning after a long plane trip and despite the hotel being fully booked, a room was made avaialable to us very quickly. That was very much appreciated.

Lighting in room could be improved.

Room good size for Singapore. Clean on arrival and cleaned correctly on subsequent days. High floor asked and received. A good word of thank you to the receptionist (Ms Nana?) : veery helpful on some business requests and gave me the first room available due to early arrival.

We had the buffet breakfast downstairs, sorry to say but it was horrible, only thing to eat was noodles, all the rest was just warm or cold or yesterday's leftovers, don't even try the coffee, not like anything I have had before.

Staff were the most helpful, room was very clean and comfortable, we were very happy with our stay . We would definitely stay again.
