Everything was perfect. The facility is clean, well maintained, and has a beautiful design. High end bedding, good toiletries - everything felt like top notch. Breakfast offered good variety. Location is good - Bugis station nearby, lots of places to dine and to shop, easy to get to main attractions.

Beautifully furnished quiet bedroom located in The Heritage Wing. Breakfast was very good with a choice of Asian or American. Staff were all helpful. Would definitely stay here again so can highly recommended. The MRT is just below the hotel and there is a mall adjacent where you can purchase clothing and a huge variety of gourmet cakes!

Room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. Conveniently located for the MRT, which is just a short walk away. Breakfasts were amazing, so much choice! Staff were great - very friendly and helpful.

Stunning! Everything was thought of and nothing was too much of an ask. Ensure that you get breakfast included to fuel up for the day and take the stress of the early mornings with kids in tow. Pool area is lovely for inner city hotel and welcoming of children also, which is nice. Would definitely book again.

It's a beautiful facility and the staff are so friendly and very helpful. Loved our room and having breakfast included was great. Food is excellent. Concierge staff went above and beyond to help us achieve our holiday goals. We travelled beyond the city to explore the MacRitchie Reservoir and travelled back by bus to get a feel for the local community. We used the pool to relax after long walks. We will definitely stay at the Intercontinental Middle Road again!

I have booked the hotel stay for my parents and they love it. My mother found the bed super comfortable and had quality sleep and rest during their 5 days 4 nights stay. They love the aesthetics of the room and also the amount of sunlight the room could receive. As is within Bugis Junction, my parents were able to enjoy the wide variety of eateries at convenience. The train station and bus stops are within radius of same mall. We are thankful to Mr Muhammad Azhar who helped my parents with their room, they couldn't climb steps well. We are also grateful to the folks who helped my mom at 3am on the last night of their stay when my dad slid off bed and fell in seating position. It was their last night of stay and wasn't expecting this but thanks to the kind service staffs of the hotel my mom wasn't alone and panicking. They had helped to call for paramedics as well to ensure my dad was ok. Very grateful for their kind help, my dad was ok and checked out well the next day. I am personally also very grateful to the concierge who helped call for taxi when I couldn't get any drivers from phone app. It has been wonderful with Bugis Intercontinental for my family, we look forward to staying here again.

I love this hotel…I always stay here when I come to Singapore n it’s my happy place…I love the perfumed air wherever I go in the hotel…the staff are warm n courteous…the facilities provided by the hotel are exceptional…the hotel gym is spacious and has all the correct equipment and a great yoga room too…the location is conveniently right next to Bugis mall…..all in all, it deserves all the 5 stars it’s got…love❤️
