The converted warehouse modern almost minimalistic approach may not suit everyone but does give an air of stylish luxury and a light airy feel. Bedrooms equipped with Bose and Dyson appliances, love the bed side switches to operate the curtains and screens. Not just courtesy umbrellas but also bikes and scooters.

Not a thing - it was brilliant

Fantastic place. Quiet, spotlessly clean with a lovely pool and gym. It’s a short stroll along the river to Robertson Quay or a little further to Clark Quay. A $10 Grab gets you to most attractions but the MRT is just across the road and so easy to use. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and the self serve coffee and chilled drinks available thru’ the day were amazing. Also amazing was “happy hour”. From 6-8pm the breakfast bar transforms into a self serve bar with cocktail “fixings” (all your fave top shelf stuff) and wine or beer on offer. As well, they bring out a variety of nibbles (hot and cold). My one complaint would be the standard “rock hard” hotel bed. But the housekeeper bought me a huge duvet and I used that as a topper pad so it was all good 🙌

Meal hours too short. Bed was hard. Pillows were flat. Room was cramped. Bathroom and shower were too public- could hear and see each other - no privacy.

The location was perfect, a short walk to some great restaurants and attractions. The breakfast and the evening drinks and snacks were a great bonus.

Whilst the amenities are lovely, it’s not a four star hotel in the traditional sense, more of a business serviced apartment so as long as you don’t expect food or beverage service outside of breakfast or cocktail hour etc you will be ok! And the bathroom in the studio apartment might be a little confronting for some!

Almost brand new, in a lovely part of town, easily walkable to MRT, as well as coffee shops and hawker centres, although much quieter than downtown Singapore. Happy hour was great and the hotel was exceptionally peaceful and relaxing! Staff were wonderful.

The breakfast buffet was a bit scarce (you had to be lucky to get some fresh fruits). Also, some local Singapore dishes would have been nice to have. The "no food and drinks by the pool" policy is a bit too restrictive. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy a glass of wine or juice by the pool.

The rooms were cleaned daily, and everything was sparkling. The amenities and facilities were very handy (washing machine, oven, hob, coffee machine). The location is very good, within walking distance to Havelock MRT station and right near the Singapore River promenade. All in all, a very nice place!

We like the location, service and food. Breakfast and complimentary drinks and snacks was tasty. Our room was well decorated with all necessary equipment, even with a washing machine.

The price of the hotel was in line with the average price in the center of Singapore. Appealed by the good reviews and the additional offer, modestly defined as appetizers and complimentary drinks during "happy hour". In fact, it is a choice of small but sufficient and very elegant dinners and an unlimited free choice bar. Coffee, drinks and light snacks available 24 hours. Now about the staff. Rushing ahead, our highest compliments and thanks. We arrived at 10:30, - so well before check-in time. But we were offered to take a shower and use the pool. They even offered to store our luggage while our rooms were prepared. Although the rooms were officially available only from 15:00, they were prepared for us already at 12:00!! We stayed for 5 nights. Top notch service all the time! The hotel is small. Even though it was fully booked, I didn't feel the presence of the other guests. It is pleasantly different from the big hotels. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in a quiet place by the Singapore River. However, it is easily accessible by taxi and even by subway. Many attractions within walking distance. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I ever come back to Singapore. And I will definitely try to stay in hotels of the Frazer chain in other countries. Sincere thanks to the hotel team for the elegant service and humane treatment during our stay!

Not quite sure why there’s a minimum 6 days stay was implemented. I hope the management change the booking terms.

The club lounge offers good variety of drinks and bites. The room was comfortable and very private. I love the open space in the lobby. Definitely will stay again.

Excellent range of food for breakfast with daily variations. Excellent happy hour with good range of food and drinks. Excellent location; about 200m from Havelock MRT and alongside the promenade along the Singapore River.

THE BREAKFAST WAS OK BUT NOT EXCELLENT .THE HOT FOOD WAS BARELEY WARM AND ON TWO OCCASIONS QUITE COLD. THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD
