room was very small as soon as you opened a suitcase flat on the floor there is no space to move around, entire room was very damp, sheets on the bed felt wet, the bathroom toilet had faeces stains in it, there were hairs all over the floor. It was supposedly a room with a window view.. we had a small window that faced a wall with no light shining through.

staff were very lovely and helpful! location was good, with a shop next door.

There were cockroaches and ants in the room The room wasn't cleaned despite informing. When I complained; the reception staff on duty was impolite. I had to complain to the manager to get the room cleaned. The toiletries like shampoo etc were not refilled Even the reception AC wasn't working on somedays

I made the booking with the card for the confirmation but I paid cash upon arrival on 27/09/2022 But today the hotel deducted the payment from the card S$1977-. WANT TO KNOW HOW SUCH THINGS HAPPENED.

It appears that this hotel is being rented out hourly basis for sexual workers/activities. . The same rooms are being rented out within minutes to families and others, which raises the question of cleanliness. Had I known this before, would not have stayed here. We rented 4 rooms for family of 8. Three out of the four rooms had to be changed out due to various issues such as cigaraette or musty/moldy smell, or ac not working. Even the final rooms had issues with intermittent ac not working, or ants/other small bugs in rooms. The walls/doors don't have adequate insulation that you can hear all kinds of noises. Imagine the "clients" checking in and out throughout the night. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, feeling the springs poking into our backs. At least 10 minutes to nearest MRT station. This is my worst hotel experience thus far traveling across various countries in the world.

Majority of staff were helpful. It is close to a small convinience store, cafes, restaurants and market. Not too far from bus stations.

Pillows are super soft. Mattress worse,I feel like I'm lying on a hospital mattress. Mattress was covered with plastic covering so it was super hot sleeping especially at night when the air conditioner was controlled by main compressor. Despite setting remote to 19degress, did not feel any cool air in our room. TV volume super soft and I can literally hear other guests talking even louder than our TV whenever they're in the hallway. I've been to other 81 branch before n this is by far the worst stay ever. Will not patronize here again.

Location..easy to order grab/foodpanda. Staff is friendly Hotel has nice furnishings Staff upgraded our stay to a room with mini balcony access.

No online reservations can be made if weekend is included. Always SOLD-OUT. But in reality they are not. Why? On Saturdays and Sundays, most rooms are available by the hour only. Reserved only for couples who plan to get laid. On Saturdays, rooms are available around 10 p.m. at the full price of 140 SGD and check-out is at 11 a.m. The smoking ban is not enforced. The rooms smell of cigarette smoke.
