Its a bit far from ARN airport but transport is there but when we came the train from arlanda isnt working then we had to take 3 short changes to get there

First room they gave was not cleaned for nexr guest but they gave me twin room that night and next day when receptionist came they gave me double room which was nice and clean. For initial nights experience they offered me and my friends free breakfast upon request.

Doubt there was any housekeeping as bed was never made. No big deal though. Stay was short.

Room was as described. Clean and practical. Careful if you arrive after 10pm. There is a self service check in machine. I arrived at 1am and machine did not recognize my reservation code! Yet there is a number to call in case one needs assistance and this provided me with the solution in a few minutes!

Air conditioning. Wuth oppened window lots of noise from highway comes in the room.

Werry poor choice of meal. No hot brekfast served at all. Would be nice to have some smashed eggs, bacon etc.

1. The car parking is not right adjasent to the hotel and has no cameras. The licence plates of my car were stolen. It created some stress and problems. 2. One of the nights young people were partying the whole night producing noise, using some psychtotropics substances (maybe hellium), running naked in corridors. But there is no hotel staff at night and no one takes proactive care on the behalf of hotel.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

Too cold in the room. I've spent 2 nights in there and it was 19° in the room, while outside was -6°. So not a good idea to book a room in there in the winter. No one could help me with the heat, so we got extra blankets, but not nice to sleep with 2 blankets.

The room was a bit too cold and the radiator wouldn't heat more than 1/4. Reception had been closed since 17 so I couldn't get help to fix the issue. I paid extra to have breakfast and when I asked the receptionist where it would take place, he didin't tell me the restaurant would be closed the next day (I later found out it's closed on both Saturday and Sunday) so on Saturday morning i was given a small bag with bread, jam, a juice box, a yoghurt and some other goods that are nowhere near 12 euro worth. I think it should be specified at the chek-in stage when asked whether you want to add breakfast or not, that on weekends it's not a buffet at the restaurant but only a small bag.

The hotel is new, everything is very modern and the common areas are very spacious with high ceilings and elegantm minimalistic furniture. There's also a gym free to use. Close to bus stops and supermarket.

The price was very high for this level of equippment. There wasn't a single chair in the standard room or a kettle or a mini fridge. You couldn't open the window and the room was very tiny. I would reccomend this accomodition if you only want to sleep in the hotel. We couldn't even go to the other room because we couldn't sit (4 people) or fit into one room. And as we heard from Stockholm citizens,this wasn't the best neighbourhood in Stockholm (and it is very far from the city and you definetely need a car to get here).

The hotel was totally automatic,you could easily check in and out whenever you wanted. The cleanliness was super and the tap water was very great.
