The fact that you needed reservations (well in advance) to both of the restaurants and the Twill (bar). We luckily got into the Twill because of a cancellation and thoroughly enjoyed the stately setting and libations. There are plenty of other places to eat close by.

The attitude of the one lot of bar staff needs some work vs. the team led by the bar keeper with tattoos. It was just chalk and cheese. Nothing was too much for him and his team.

great location in Gamla Stan with plenty of restaurants nearby. The property itself was fantastically decorated and felt very safe. The food at breakfast was a good variety and the bar made excellent drinks. We really liked the fun touches like the welcome night cap and temporary tattoos.

The location was fabulous, right in the middle of the historic area Gamla Stan and a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the metro. The room was lovely, we really enjoyed the double sinks in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with lots on offer.

Charming historic hotel with nice style, and personal touches that make it feel a long way from cold & bland corporate hotel chains. Super comfy bed, soft linen and very clean made for a very enjoyable stay. Have never stayed in a hotel which gave you your own mini bottle of port to enjoy in your room at the end of the day. Had 2 separate recommendations from local colleagues to eat at the restaurant or enjoy the wine bar, which are independent of hotel and worthy of their own visit.

I had asked for a vegan breakfast bur there was only oatmilk for coffee and a little of hummus. NO vegan youghurt, no vegan warm dishes etc.

Nice and comfy hotel. Super service, amazing room and tasty food. Located at the old town, far from main shopping streets, cca 10 minutes walk from train from the airport. Very good location for exploring the city by your own way.

the room itself was small, which we knew at forehand, so we can’t hold that against it. however, some adjustments as mentioned here below would really be beneficial. : - only 1 suitcase can be placed. since we were with 2 that’s not enough. we had to empty the table to put it there since there’s no room left on the floor to leave your suitcase. - the shower lets a lot of water under the shower door. making your bathroom floor wet. even when putting a towel on the floor to prevent that did not helped with a soaked towel as a result. - there is a make up mirror in the bathroom, yet no light nearby making it to dark. for example: I had to shave my beard using the flashlight of my phone to see enough in detail.

- Beautiful and quiet location, with a good positioning to visit Stockholm. - nice setting / theme inside the hotel - friendly staff - breakfast is wonderful. with a lot of fresh choices. (one of the best we had in a hotel).

Location in the old town was perfect, lots of cute cafes nearby to enjoy Fika, easy to walk to lots of the main sights, museums etc, The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and all staff were very friendly and helpful - special thanks to Albin on the front desk for all the recommendations!
