There is nothing I would change about this hotel. We loved it.

Such a lovely hotel! We weren’t due to stay but due to a mix up had to find something very last minute. This is an absolute gem of a hotel with the loveliest rooms and most delightful staff right in the heart of the Old Town. The breakfast is also delicious.

Great and helpful staff; nice small touches (a little port wine kept as night cap, tattoos to keep a remembrance of Stockholm). The breakfast is good but the breakfast area is even better and historic. The concept of the hotel is also great. It's more like staying in a museum.

Small downside -- the teas and coffees aren't in the room as they have stations on certain corridors/floors.

Location was great! Staff were super friendly. We upgraded our room for the last night because our original room was a little small but overall, we were very happy.

Very authentic and loving atmosphere. You enter the hotel and feel at home. One of the best breakfast buffets I have ever experienced! Highly recommendable.

It was difficult to understand when or how the cleaning room service worked, normally from my experiences you have to notify the staff somehow, either through telling them in the reception or hanging a note of sorts on the door to your room, though this wasn't the case here. To abstain from the cleaning service you had to hang the note up, otherwise they'd simply just walk in without and notice, or your request for them to do so. Do note that this confusion may very well be my own doing, as I didn't read the information pamphlet that was left in the room all too thoroughly, and information regarding the service very well may have been included in such. Room was perhaps a little small, with one bathroom and one large bedroom with a couch and living room table, but the quality of the room far made up for the lack of space with an extremely comfortable bed and a bit lackluster, though still luxurious jaccuzzi in the bathroom.

Excellent location, 1 minute walk to a small supermarket and the train station which took us in to central Stockholm in no time at all. Extremely friendly staff, willing to help with even the simplest of things and a very comfortable bar with armchairs in the same building, merely a few seconds walk away from the hotel's reception.

Great little hotel. Staff super friendly, great nautical design with lots of old historical artefacts, amazing location and also a really cool bar. Rooms very comfortable too. Can’t fault it really. Oh and super breakfast as well.

Room needed some refurbishing but was overall good. It did match the style of the hotel. WiFi was poor as I couldn't get on it, although I needed to check to make sure this wasn't a security issue on my mobile device.

Hotel culture and staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good. Location is excellent. Price is reasonable.

The room we chose was a small double bedroom which would normally be fine but since we were placed in the attic the roof slopes made it even smaller… hit my head a few times …

Could be better if there were water kettle in each room. coz the current ones in public hallway, the water got boiled repeatedly, also it's not convenient to fetch

The theme and unique characteristics get present consistently through decoration, utility details. Warm receptionists. Small double room on top attic floor feels a bit short on the ceiling side, but as 1st attic experience it looks nice through top/side window at dusk time. Especially worth mentioning their hand soap/shower gel/body lotion series. Pleasant flavour and touch
