The fact that I did not get bedsheets. Maybe it would have been nice if there was a hairblower in the shared bathroom. Also, it was quite chilly during the night ( I think the heat was not working).

The room was a bit dusty when I arrived, but the desk and the bed were good. There were no bedsheets, which was a bit wierd. There was no window.

The rooms were in a very used shape and need some renovation, the walls and ceiling had some holes and dirt (old chewing gum, etc.), the furniture was in a similar shape. The Bed was a bit dirty, especially below the mattress and topper, cleaning could be improved here (used tissue behind the mattress, hair, etc.). The Toilets also need some renovation, the walls and doors are in a very bad shape, but this will be done soon, so probably not a problem in the future. The kitchen offered a lot of single-use dishes and was a bit greasy, the air in the dining room is a bit odd since it is located in the basement.

Location is great, directly across the central station. Staff is really very nice and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and the whole bathroom area (except the toilets) were newly renovated and in a good shape. Check in and out was fast and easy. This Hostel definitely has potential if some renovation is done!

The best value for money hostel at the city center ! Walking distance to the centrum and right next to central station. Also, bathrooms were really clean, compared to other hotels which charge around the same for a room / dorm.

The room did not have windows to the outside world and the air was a bit stuffy. A few small amenities didn't work (reading lamps).

Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms and bathroom, fantastic location right next to the train station. Great value for money! Also - there was a HUGE amount of electrical sockets in the room.

Some cosmetic damage in places but honestly not enough to complain about for the price. The room had zero floor space but still had a small desk and a TV.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was relatively tidy for the price. The staff were helpful and the facilities were in good condition. Would definitely stay there again. It also takes literally 20 seconds to get to the train station.

It is located right in the city centre close to grocery stores, cafes, etc. The staff is super friendly and willing to help! The property is clean, tidy, and quiet. Kitchen is available, fully equipped with everything a person needs. Bedrooms are equipped with all the amenities needed. The beds are comfortable, too. The bathroom is clean, and hot water is available. Wi-fi is good (average speed). All in all, excellent price/value ratio. Recommend it!

I knew the room had no window but since there were bunkbeads there was little space above your head, which made it feel coffin like. Room was also a bit hot.

Room 110 very noisy at midnight and dawn (it was next/under the staircase). On the one hand,thank you to the reception boy that gave me my ID back (well, not the first time when I checked out, but the second,when I came back because I had forgotten something in the room).On the other, couldn't the reception staff,the previous day, have checked in the computer that I was a host and send me a message ,a call,a note saying: don't worry,we have your ID. (Someone found it on the street next to the entrance the day before).
