You needed a car to shop for food in Charlottenberg which was about 4 miles away. A small food shop would be useful.

Chalet was close to the ski runs, staff very friendly. Location was wonderful. The cafe was very good.

Television and internet was not very good

The little “ mobile homes” are a perfect place, we were 5 adults and it wasn’t overly crowded. Location is perfect for skiing ..and only a short drive to shopping/restaurants

A bit to many cabins next to each other but during the autumn it wasnt a problem at all.

It was a cheap few hours stay for the night and was good enough to get back there next week.

Mobilheim was very bad cleaned from previous guests. We had to clean toilets, becase it was disgusting. Besides that, everywhere was dust (I understand that this is a ski resort and we visited it in the summer). Pillows looked like, it were hundered years old, without washing, absolutely not usable. It would be good to better control the cleanliness and quality of the equipment.

Nice place. Well equipped newer mobilheim. Very easy key take over and return system. Good place to sleep during the trip.

We stayed for almost a week for a ski holiday! Everything was really nice, the cottage, the ski center, the slopes! During our stay were extrem temperatures -30C but the staff did everything to make sure the center stays open and all the guests have enough heat in their cottages! It was kind of relaxing to be in the middle of nowhere…

Wonderful place! The ski slopes weren't open, but that wasn't a problem for us as we came here for hiking. Valfjället was a perfect spot for 'mini camping' with a fire pit and a beautiful overview. The mobile home was small but had enough space for two people. The kitchen facilities were okay, and the heating system worked perfectly.

The beds in 2 of the 3 rooms are very narrow, mostly suitable for kids! The thermal isolation is kind of poor, we had to use all the heating sources to get through the night (no problem though even at -8 deg C). The worst thing however was the snow cannons that ran the WHOLE NIGHT. It was not a pleasant noise and we woke up a couple of times during the night. I guess that is why we got the mobile home so cheap (no snow coverage yet), Still we probably dont come back when we know that they produce snow without breaks!

We (family with 2 kids) stayed for only one night as part of a shopping trip and we kind of got what we expected: a simple but fair stay without any extra service. But the mobile home was pre-heated! Check in was easy (if you finally find the mailbox in the dark), the mobile home has everything you need for a simple meal and some quailty time in the evening (and dont rely on the poor TV/internet connection). We have been lucky to pick a night with northern lights, awesome!

Cleaning was not good enough. Especially beds was dirty and uncomfortable. We couldnt sleep good enough because of madrass.

Water was getting clogged every time in one of the bathrooms (one attached to master bedroom). Also, the hot water wasn't available in the morning until 10.30 AM, and our checkout time was 11 AM. There were no towels in the kitchen.
