I had major issues with the Vander app. Ended up requesting a card key from the staff. This would have been dreadful if my arrival to Stockholm was after 6pm. The process of dealing with the trash was not fun. You have to leave the building, go around back and punch in a key code (a dark location), separate and dispense waste in 4 or 5 categories. It would have been great if they had stations in a room on each floor where there are apartments.

The location is a short walk to the metro and market.

Nothing really - its a tram ride to the main attractions but easily navigated and easy to follow

Fabulous apartment, clean, light and airy, well fitted out, tastefully decorated, wonderful shower/bathroom, fantastic mini kitchen with all the necessary things. Easy to access and any queries were answered straightaway. Very comfortable.

Taking out my garbage to the back of building. Smell was awful. Instructions for induction stove, coffee maker, heater and some English TV channels could be helpful.

I loved the convenience and quietness. During a week stay, I heard absolutely nothing from other neighbors. The kitchen is awesome. Coffee maker, toaster, pots pans... It is nicely located, a very short walk to a metro station with an elevator.

The entrance method: Although we discovered for ourselves that there is a door through from the main lift landing to the apartment area on the second floor, it cannot be opened by the app based key used elsewhere. Sky reception didn't even know that door existed! That meant to get in to our apartment we had to walk to the end of the block, open the vehicle entrance garage door, go down the ramp into the underground car park and then work our way through the security doors and lift to get into the apartment block and our room. This isn't fun when you have mobility issues.

The room itself exceeded our expectation, being furnished and fitted out to a very high standard. The app based entry system worked ok, but like most of these (all different) systems, is something of a pain to set up for a short visit. The only thing we REALLY didn't like though was that the only way into the property we could find (and we did ask the sky receptionist) was via the underground garage down the vehicle ramp... which is unbelievable. The apartment block itself is in a pleasant and quiet area a couple of stops from the metro central hub, and the inclusive secure parking is a real bonus. There are a couple of paid for level 2 chargers in the garage too (you need to book) which we didn't need to use. One seemed to be permanently and unnecessary ICE'd by a Skoda though. Nice!

We had issues with the electronic key on arrival. It failed to register and took greater than 10 minutes to do so. Staff approached face-to-face were helpful but less than friendly or obliging. There appears to be a great reliance on electronics operating as it should at the expense of customer service. The hotel offers no support/ suggestions as to where to purchase food. They are not supportive of local traders sjnce they refuse to promote their whereabouts at the expense of guests (as we established speaking with local traders). When it came to depositing our rubbish in assigned bins by entering a room, the bjns were overflowing with bags left by guests everywhere and foodstuffs strewn around on the floor. The guests were not the problem. They could not comply with the labelling of bins for lack of rubbish collection.

The apartment was modern and had kitchen utilities. However, we found the floor quite dusty. There were few food outlets and supermarkets nearby.

No breakfast available (even though it is kind of logical for apartment hotel). In the bathroom there was a lot of water outside a cabin after taking a shower. Also I didn’t understand how to turn off the ventilation in the room. It should be better indicated that reception now is on the 3rd floor. People get lost.

The room exceeded my expectations. It was very big, clean, nicely equipped and furnished, and with super design. The girl at reception, Pia, was very helpful and kind.

Great location close to the city and the subway. Room was big, quiet, and the kitchen very well equipped for making breakfasts and dinners. The big sofa, the dinner table, and beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean and fresh. The key locking mechanism using our iphones worked very well.

Using their Vander app was difficult for us to initially load so had to get swipes from 3rd floor reception. The staff are very reserved, not much smiling going on. The washer you had to spend time figuring it all out with Vander app. The location is in an area with not much going on but about 7 minutes to a metro.

The only downside for us was the bed wasn't the easiest to access. It was a climb up one side, or a very narrow space between the bed and the window on the other, with a high risk of bashing your toe on the corner!

We enjoyed our stay here, very nice and well appointed apartment. Staff at check-in were very pleasant and helpful. Well located, supermarket nearby for stocking up the kitchen, and very handy access to 2 of the tube lines.

Digital lock is complicated but best to get hard copy keys from the front desk. If you arrive after 2100 no staff will be there and can be a bit tricky to get in. Unfortunately no international TV channels and radio channels (only scandinavian stations) shut off after 30 seconds Avoid rooms next to the floor entrance door ~ very noisy

There are no markets near the apartment. You have to walk a long distance or take public transport/bike for groceries.

The apartment has all you need to stay a few days with a well equipped kitchen. It's modern, comfortable bed, good shower and great TV. Easy to check in and out and using the key in the app. Helpful staff. Quite neighbourhood.

Cleaning services only once a week is provided - not sufficient , change of towels in between are also charged ! Garbage and towels should be dealt with daily in any hotel !
