For those wishing easy access to the airport bus, coach and central railway stations, as well as the city centre, the hotel is ideally located. Our decently sized room was functionally furnished with a comfortable bed. An excellent range of hot and cold items were provided at breakfast, which although busy, still provided a pleasant experience. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The property is just across from the train station, which made it very convenient for us. We did not try the breakfast, as we were there on a weekend and it was very crowded. We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar, which was nice and well-staffed.

We were told that our room would have a tub after requesting one at booking, but we were put in a room without a tub. No cots available to book despite kids of all ages being welcome.

Room was nice and large. Plenty of room as we had our toddler and baby. Breakfast had a lot of options. Bed was large and comfortable.

Very basic room amenities (no slippers or shoehorn in the room, water boiler upon request, plug adapter only for sale,...). It would be nice if the swimming pool was open a bit longer.

Clean, modern and quiet room, very central and well connected with the rest of the city. Taxis and public transports at a stone's throw. Excellent buffet breakfast.

There were three things we think could be improved: 1. While the rooms were clean, the carpets in the corridors of our floor were quite dirty, with popcorn pieces and a candy wrapper lying around. 2. We booked a room with a bunk bed for our kids, which we still had to open on arrival. As our arrival was rather late in the evening, with two young kids this was a bit inconvenient. It would have been nicer if the beds for the kids had already been ready. 3. You have to book a time for breakfast in the morning, which nobody told us about until check-in. Again, as we arrived late in the evening, there were no "good" times left for breakfast, and we only had the choice between before 8am or after 10am. With two young kids, neither was appealing. To be honest, if we had known this, we would have booked another place, as we had rather hoped for sleeping in a bit.

The location is amazing, and the staff were very helpful. Beds were comfy and the room was spotless. The breakfast buffet was very nice, with lots of choice.

there isn't anything negative related to hotel as itself; the visitor traveling by car needs to be aware that there is a lot of construction around (although you can´t hear that to room the driving around is a bit sketchy)
