I believe the room we stayed was not big enough for a double room, I was expecting it to be bigger. Moreover, the menu of the restaurant did not have a lot of choice for customers to choose from. I was a bit disappointed. The bar of the spa area did not have any small sandwiches or small salads, only small snacks, which I find it odd.

Breakfast was very good. The room, the spa pool and overall the hotel was very clean. The personnel were all very helpful and willing to do everything they can to help the customers, I give them a lot of credit.

I thought the Sauna and pool were included in my stay, which was not the case. But then to access Sauna, Pool I had to pay 700 sek for access of two hours. We so much hoped the access will be unlimited at least during our stay

1. First, they took the full hotel money from us, then announced that the hotel is being renovated, this was very bad!😡 2. This was not the first time we had booked a spa hotel to spend our vacation but it was very strange that the first time we were told that you have to pay for the spa separately but only for one night but on the second night when we paid for the first night they said which again you have to pay extra for each night. It was very strange that in the hotel, the employees would give you some kind of information every night, and the next day they would say that this was wrong, this new information is correct, this is not logical at all.😡😡

However, I think the only thing that satisfied us was the beautiful view of the hotel.

Old building, renovation ongoing. No one cleaned the room despite putting the sign outside the door. Almost no furniture in the room. The shower drain was visible on the floor, we could see the water going down, sometimes spilling a bit (never seen something like this before…). For sure a lot of issues when looking at the price paid…

Tea and coffee that- breakfast tea provided on one day only. Every other day Earl Grey only, which I don't like and I don't drink coffee. I didnt report it as it certainly didn't impact on my stay and that is the only negative thing about my stay.

Size of the room. View from all windows was great. Excellent breakfast buffet. Was given 'breakfast to go' on my last morning as I had to leave before breakfast was served. Location perfect.

It is a pity that when we booked the hotel a few weeks before our visit that there was no information given about the extensive on-going refurbishment that was taking place. The hotel only informed us of such a few days before we arrived. The hotel does need the furbishment because much of it is very worn, both internally and externally. Service from the personnel was not the best.

The service was not helpful, the room was not ready for check in. We had a small baby that needed to sleep and we couldn’t put him to sleep which was really such an inconvenience and then when we did check in the room was so basic, unclean and bed was terrible.

We booked this hotel not knowing was being renovated, disappointed 😔 The shower head wasn’t holding properly. We were Very upset because we couldn’t take my son to the swimming pool. As was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and the ambience , the staff where really friendly and helped with anything with a beautiful smile , loved the spa treatment and loved the restaurant , again the staff where really nice.

I asked for good room, the lady in the reception was rude & not serviceable We spent christmas there ,, the fika was only served up to 15pm although check in is from 15pm. The staff wasnt serviceable for that after hand. We never had fika even though we asked for it. . Also the room was very cold especially the bathroom floor. Breakfast was average. Not berries, & little fruit & vegetables, the plates & food kept finishing-long waiting time due to lack of staff

The hotel is very old and seems like it hasn’t been renovated in a while. The paint was peeling off the walls (or rather falling off), spiders on the windows (inside). You have to pay extra to get access to the spa while the spa is just a relatively small swimming pool and one sauna. It was still nice to be able to go for a swim, but in my view, one shouldn’t have to pay extra for something like this when the price is comparable to a regular spa at other places (with more than one swimming pool and a sauna).

The room was quite spacious, with enough room for two people. The bed was big, soft, and comfy. The biggest selling point of the stay was of course the nature around the hotel - a lot of really nice areas. The breakfast was quite good as well, with vegetarian and vegan options.
