Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MaltaThe curtains were not blackout curtains and I was there at a time when it basically never got dark. I frequently woke up at 3am with a bright light shining through the window. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, it was done in a very haphazard and rushed way.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very generous. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was good. Shower was comfortable.

SwedenUnfortunately not possible to charge EV car. Hardly any useful chargers nearby either. Rooms and facility is ok but rather old and in need of freshing up. Room was very hot with limited possibility to ventilate.
Good service, breakfast, parking and location close to Stockholmsmässan. Works fine for one or a couple of nights when you visit Stockholmsmässan

United States of AmericaIt happened to be a warm day/night so better air flow from the window would have been nice, but we were happy with our quiet surroundings so we could open the window.
The staff made our experience, specifically Kleber. He was incredibly welcoming. We had traveled 24 hours (several flight delays) and he so kindly familiarized us to the lay of the land, assisted with directions, suggestions, etc. Due to our jet lag we missed breakfast and he kindly had two sandwiches waiting for us when we finally made an appearance. He was enthusiastic and truly wants to make the guest experience a positive one. Without him, the infrastructure of the hotel is so so and would be regarded as such. Kleber is the ROYAL STAR in that hotel experience.

United KingdomThe room was quite warm day and night, but there were three of us sharing, and the weather itself was really warm whilst we were there. We opened the window and it wasn't too bad.
We travelled to stockholm for the taylor swift concert and booked this hotel mainly based on the price as other places were crazy amounts. This hotel was still reasonably priced and easily accessible to central Stockholm.The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were always welcoming and smiled and said hello when we passed by. Breakfast also had a great selection of foods.

The hotel is perfect located, almost quite place, near to train station (then 10 minutes to the centre). Staff at the reception - nice and very helpfull, nothing was problem, rooms - clean, nice furnished, beds very comfortable. Breakfast - tasty and very good selection of fresh food, nice staff at the breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel with three kids. We loved the excellent breakfast with a wide choice of tasty food. The room was in very good condition with wooden floors and relatively comfortable beds. There was a large window and a small balcony. The bathroom was very good as well, and the hotel is in a quite street, a few hundred metres from a train station, so Stockholm City Centre is just 15 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the hotel was very good, and the kids' menus were better than usual as well as good value for money.

GermanyThe hotel is not particularly beautiful in itself and not located in a particulalry nice setting, and it has a number of years behind it, but everything is clean and functions. A small but irritating thing is that there is not really any place on which to place small toiletries like tooth brush, toothpaste deodorant etc etc
The staff, in particular the male receptionist, was very friendly. The hotel had a surprisingly well equipped gym. The beds were particularly comfortable. The hotel, which has (usually) lower rates than than similar hotels in the centre is located a copuple of minutes by foot from a regional train station and the train to the centre (Stockholm City/T-centralen takes less than 10 minutes, thus the location is good. The hotel is morever located next to a large exposition hall, so ideal for visitors to fairs (I visited the boat fair). For those hotel guests who arrive by car, the parking is free. It is also not very far to the main south-north motorway, the E4/20.
