I think hotel should warn you if you are going to get internal room, with no daylight or fresh air. Some people find it weird.

It definitely feels like a chain hotel, albeit a very nice one. It was expensive for one night - but I was staying just two days after Taylor Swift's concerts, so prices may have been extra inflated.

This large luxury hotel near the Stockholm train station is a good option when visiting the city - it's just steps away from where the Arlanda Express train from the airport arrives. My room was clean and comfortable, and had air conditioning (not always a given in Stockholm!). You can easily walk from here to shopping and restaurants, though you'll want to use the Metro to get to the Old Town.

Although location is really central, enviroment is dirty with a bad smell.

The room is quite humid even when the conditioner is on. The door to the restroom cannot be locked and not fully closed when one is in the toilet. This might hurt the kid's fingers when the adults are not paying attention.

The location is perfect for people to transport via T-Centralen and close to different sites. Also, the lobby is cozy and big for us to wait and relax. The room is also big enough to rest and organize the luggage and the curtains are able to block the sun.

We booked cosy room which window doesn't look outside but facing the breakfast restaurant in the hotel and on Saturday night you can hear the music and noise from the main restaurant below until quite late but it's bearble.

Great location, clean and comfort. Cental station and many restuarnat nearby. They even allow us to check in earlier without extra charge. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good value for a couple.

Didn’t seem to cater for children in the restaurant.

We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel as the restaurant didn’t seem to cater for children, so we ate all our meals out and assumed that breakfast would be the same.

I had the room with the window to the 1st floors breakfast restaurant, so no sun or natural light in the room.

Great hotel in the very center of Stockholm, I could check-in in the morning as I arrived in Stockholm earlier. Very good breakfast, central location, nice hotel staff.

Main complaint with 3 Radissons we stayed in is that restaurant only offered expensive full buffet breakfast. At the other 2 we had to leave the hotel for reasonably priced a la carte alternative. At least here there was a separately owned but attached coffee shop One concierge could not answer the most basic questions about restaurants or directions. He appeared to be inadequately trained for his role

Parking facilities of this otel have to be improved. It is my 3rd here and I am still struggling to find parking entrance. Even you do it, it is still hard to contact someone for you to open the door.

Great and central location. Very spacious lobby and bar so we could easily spend time while waiting for our room to be ready. 12 o’clock checkout was great and even breakfast was until 12! Very friendly and helpful staff who did a great job to accommodate us during the whole weekend which was quite hectic and many people due to the Taylor Swift concert!

Was told I would have view of the court yard. we didn't. The madras was really hard. also we had issue with chromecast in the room, but it was fixed

Very Good

The room with an excellent city view was provided to me . The room was completely quiet with nice soundproofing. The location was very good with Stockholm central station & numerous restaurant nearby. Most of the attractions are very close to the hotel. Highly recommended
