The smart TV in the room is kind of old, I’d suggest to upgrade it.

The bathroom sink was partially blocked.

Breakfast was awesome! Lots of options for both hot and cold food (including dietary intolerance), as well as juices, coffee. The reception area has games for guests, including children, such as table tennis, two shuffleboard tables, as well as a couple of other games. This area also has a bar, and still/sparkling water taps available for use. The room was modern and clean, and plenty of space for five people. Luggage storage upon departure was available. There's also a bench desk available for those wanting to use laptops (not far from the bar).

The hotel is clean, the staff were very nice. The room is small but contains everything you need for your stay. Shower worked well, it was close to some bars and the concert venue so convenient.

Just the bed wasn't very comfortable because the mattress slid off to one side through the night. Otherwise it was a good room.

The reception staff were all very friendly. It had a relaxed feel. The lobby has lots of games like tabletennis and other easy games for kids and grown ups to enjoy. Comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great! It was good value for money and just a few stops on the Tunnelbana from the centre of Stockholm.

No place to put soap and shower gel in the shower unit. We stayed two nights and it would have been nice to get top up of coffee, milk and tea bags as we used them the first evening.

Cleaning staff could do a better job in the room.

The location is excellent with very easy access to the center and anywhere you need to visit. The hotel lobby is also one of the best we have seen, with lots of games for teenagers.

would like more fruit at breakfast and maybe ti bizzy at the breakfast, but nothing you can do anything about;.) I its bizzy it is.

The luggage room was unsupervised, and guests could go in there alone without staff. Felt a bit unsafe to put gear in the room while waiting for the real room (arrived early).

My floor (5th) had an odd smell and always needed a vacuuming. I also didn't like the shallow shower. Hate getting ready on a wet floor.

Metro station is a short 7-minute walk, but if you're not there for a concert or game on the Globen Arena, it's far from the action. Bed was comfy. Lobby and lobby amenities were very nice. Breakfast was fantastic!

The temparature in the room was a bit too high. Probably due to the floor heating we couldn't turn off even though it was in the middle of the sumer.

Quite busy breakfast area. Less options compared to 2017 when also I stayed here.

Unfortunately the reception didn't inform us that our room is not exactly on 5th floor it was in the middle of 4th and 5th.. it had bad circlar stairs for people who have leg issues it is bad and even for me which I have minisk problem. The reception need to inform the people in advance. The second problem is bad internet of the room So slow and weak ... Last thing for good hotel we expect they have mini-fridge Unfortunately there was nothing to keep our stuff

The hotel was beautiful in good location not so far away from center like 22 min 28 min by metro. The metro is like 10 minutes away. The breakfast was good and our room was big with good view
