great stuff and hotel in general, pretty sad view from room's window, but much better from restoraunt ;) good public transport in general

- You have water to drink in room only when you arrive, we didn’t get new after cleaning, I was disappointed because in 4 star hotel I was expecting water in room everyday - Hotel wasn’t full, but they gave us a room with view for construction… on the opposite side there was city view - I think that they should give rooms from that side at first - nobody wants to see big construction - Next to the hotel there is a big construction so you can get to it on foot only from one side - we’ve had some trouble with finding way to the hotel after we’ve came to Stockholm - Getting to the hotel on foot is quite challenging because it’s situated on a big rock - Breakfast was tasty, but I would expect more hot and sweet options, it was good but nothing special - There wasn’t coffee machine! You could only have coffee from hot beverage dispenser… that was a big disappointment, especially in 4 star hotel

We would have loved to have some EV chargers in the hotel parking lot. Didn't like to have to pay for parking.

The accommodation was very difficult to access due to road renovations. Access from the bus stop was on a very poor quality road or a very long detour on another road. It would have been good to have some information from the accommodation to make the changeover easier to get to.

Accommodation apart from the approach is very super I can only recommend. Accommodation from the city centre by public transport is a bit of a hassle but not bad about 40-50 minutes from the city centre.

There is a lot of construction going on in the area. Therefore the view was not spectacular. And the hotel was a little hard to reach from the busstop. There a the long way that google maps shows you, and then the shortcut over a gravel footpath that the receptionist told us about. Not ideal, but we managed!

Perfect room for a family of four. Beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing. Selection at the breakfast was more than sufficient. I also used the gym, which was equipped with everything you need for a good work out - all equipment seemed relatively new. The hotel is in 5 mins walking distance from a shopping centre, cinema and a number of restaurants.

The access to the closest bus or train stop is a bit tricky because of the ongoing works in the area but I guess that will be solved when the works are completed.

Big room for a family of 4 ( two girls aged 12 and 14 ) , rich breakfast , big parking space with a fair price , located in a nice city area close to the city center and public transportation.

Not the fault of the hotel, but beware of construction works so you have your walk through “a path”, quite dark in evening times, stumbled once

The location of the hotel is not so far from the city centre. you can reach by tram and metro as well as busses. It takes around 25 minutes to reach. The reception staff are kind and helpful and the room and bathroom were always clean. The hotel has a restaurant and the portions are big and the quality of the food for the dinner was good enough. We enjoyed what we ate every time. The breakfast is more than enough you can find many choices for your taste (vegan, vegetarian, etc.) and all of the goods are high quality. The Wifi was working well in every corner. You can find some meeting rooms if you have any meetings to join. In short, the hotel met our expectations.

Apart from that I am not very fond of bright orange decor, I have no complaints.

I liked the hotel's location next to the Sickla shopping centre and also being very close to public transport. Despite this it was very quiet and peaceful. The room (a double) was very fresh and spacious and had tea/coffee facilities. The bathroom had a big shower space and a " proper" hair dryer. (It also had a big useful shelf for your toileteries.) The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I did not have any other meals there.

There is a spot in the shower where water leaks from within the shower if you're not careful which leads to some unnecessary water overflowing into the bathroom. Natural Light in the room could also be greater.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and even helped us with early check in.

Nothing to dislike - just an FYI to other travellers that this hotel is not in the city centre and so isn’t walking distance from central Stockholm. There is a tram station nearby and regular buses so getting to the centre is no problem if you don’t mind public transport

Little bit of noise in corridors at night but they do provide ear plugs. Wasn't that bad though. Hotel restaurant wasn't open for dinner on the Sunday which we would have found handy but then no where else seemed to be open after a certain time on Sundays in the surrounding areas either. It's a little bit out from the city but once you get to know the area and bus to take its fine, they come regularly, just up the road from the hotel. You can download the SL App and it will plan the routes for you. You will need to get the bus into Slussen Station, about 10 mins or less away from hotel. You can connect with the metro and trains into T centralen from here. It's just a few mins metro ride from Slussen.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped us with public transport and best way to get to hotel from the airport. Breakfast was great and very varied. Rooms were comfortable with very nice bathroom and shower. I appreciated that thru had conditioner as well as shampoo as lots of hotels don't. Tv had netflix which we could sign into our own account on.

some might say that the location is a bit outside, which is partly right, nonetheless, the hotel is easily reachable by public transport so no issues. the only things to mention are that the rooms temperature is controlled centrally, so for us, it was rather too warm and you cannot open the windows only slightly tilting is possible.

beautiful design, delicious breakfast, and good location. the bed is comfy, the room is cozy and well decorated. the bathroom is great, everything is provided including a blow dryer. WiFi is working well.
