The only thing I didn’t like was that extra 2000 SEK were reserved on my card upon arrival, this was unexpected. Also note that there’s loud music in the yard until 11 pm, but I didn’t mind :)

The food in the minibar has been expired for around 5 months. That was a very weird observation I had to make. The woman at the front desk apologized immediately and replaced the expired food with fresh food which I then received for free. Even though the room was very comfortable and clean, I was slightly disappointed because I expected more from a room in a 5 star hotel.

I loved the fact that the Hotel is located directly in the city. Most of the great attractions of Stockholm are about 19 minutes away from the hotel. I loved the design of the hotel. The Lobby was beautiful (lived up to the expectations I had for a 5 star hotel, the breakfast was great, and the design of the Hotel in general was just beautiful. The hotel restaurant/bar is also a great place to work. Simply put - a beautiful hotel!

We stayed for four days, and our room was never cleaned. Additionally, we encountered several other issues, such as inconvenient check-in times. The room itself was very dark. The breakfast was mediocre, and overall, the experience did not feel like that of a 5-star hotel.

WiFi It’s just shocking how careless the management is with this most basic amenity. Deep cleaning housekeeping does a very superficial need to do work. Needless to say it’s still worth the stay.

There were no black out blinds, the queen size bed had only one duvet (sized for a single person), there was only one full sized coffee cup, the internet was so poor as to not be useable.

Size of the bathroom in the room is unnecessarily big, instead of bigger bathroom, it may added to the room which was very tight and small for 2 people and luggages.

We liked the stay a lot from check-in to check-out. Exceptionally friendly and knowledgable staff. The hotel provides luxurious outfits in all details and a great fusion of traditional and modern architectural elements that flow nicely into the furnishing. The breakfast does not leave any wishes open. Looking forward to return to Nobis.

I don't see how this can be a 5 stars hotel. The rooms are very small and old. There was dust in our room. The breakfast space is in the basement, it is a small and noisy space and it is also very crowded. The breakfast is good but not the kind of breakfast that you expect in a 5 stars hotel. It is expensive for what you get. There is no coffee or tea in the room so you have to pay room service to get a tea.

King bed is a double bed with two duvets. It was uncomfortable to sleep like that with my wife.

There was ongoing road construction directly outside the hotel, involving heavy machinery that operated late into the night, past midnight. My room faced the construction site, and during my one-night stay from 10 pm to 5 am, the noise was quite disruptive. The only solution the hotel offered was earplugs. The front office staff confirmed that the construction was ongoing for three days already. It was clear that the hotel was aware of the situation but continued to sell rooms without being able to ensure a comfortable stay for their guests.

The size of the room was quite small.

Location is wonderful, staff super helpful. Easy walking from the hotel. Breakfast is excellent, lots of choice, and excellent value for money. I stayed here twice within 2 weeks.
