All of the complaints about the shower - put a small towel at the bottom of the glass divider wall and all is okay!

The bed was comfy, the room has good storage. Excellent breakfast, with plenty of seating.!Walking distance from the city, and super close to the metro IF you take the correct exit! The hotel had a very friendly atmosphere. Lots of good restaurants nearby too.

Disturbing noises from outside at night.

The room is well decorated but quite small and dark. The hotel facilities are nice, live band at night, good breakfast, good gym. One thing that made us uncomfortable was that is that there were disturbing machine noises at night every night.

The canvas shower curtain doesn’t work well. A plastic curtain would be better, and even better, a fully enclosed plastic shower cabin. An open shower like this risks getting the floor outside the shower area too wet. I strongly recommend making a change :)

Really lovely hotel, very luxurious and modern for a 4 star. It exceeded my expectations. The heating in the room was to a good standard and was able to open my window for air flow. The bathroom toiletries were divine especially the body lotion I wanted to take home. Netflix was available so really enjoyed that. The sauna and gym as included which was a plus. The breakfast buffet was really lovely. A lot more selection than I expected! Will definitely be staying again.

The only thing that let it down was the repetitive drilling in the early morning, we were woken up 2 mornings out of 3 around 7am by works happening in the hotel

The rooms aren’t huge… but a bit bigger than London and Paris for the same price range However, the beds are really comfortable and bathrooms beautiful

The staff are genuinely lovely and helpful Breakfast, and all the restaurant food is delicious and plentiful,, both in choice and quantity 🤗 The Hotel’s location is great… v nice neighbourhood and close to tunnelbana … one stop and only 12 minutes from central station 👍

I did not like the way the reception was set up. It was not a pleasant atmosphere to be able to communicate with the check-in Clerk. It's more of a island by the elevators. Loud music and busy environment made it difficult for communication. Rooms are very small for the price that is paid. If you have poor vision or try to attempt to put makeup on please make sure to bring extra lighting as the light in the room are lackluster. The bathroom is quite dark and not a good place to try to put makeup on. I never wore make up the whole time I was there because I couldn't really see what I was doing. And unfortunately under the desk the worst screws sticking up from under are coming through the floor sticking out at about an inch. That was and could have been a very big problem.

A shower that is separated from the toilet by a fabric curtain, without any other barriers and the water drains directly onto the bathroom floor and a semi transparent bathroom door

a small room was full of furniture which made it even smaller. No minibar - to keep your drinks cold. The front desk service was not customer friendly. The breakfast was ok but the breads- weren´t. Taste like yesterday´s bread.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

Location of the hotel was perfect, being only a 20 min walk from the main attractions, and 25 mins from Stockholm central station. The breakfast was ok, but i felt a little basic. More selection could have been offered, as the hotel wasn't cheap. Staff were brilliant and friendly and the rooms although compact had everything you could want and the shower and beds were amazing.

The underground parking was a real experience. There is a very narrow and winding ramp down, and the parking spaces are tight. The bed was comfortable, but there were 2 mattress toppers, which made it less intimate.

We had a balcony view out onto the main street below, where there were plenty of really nice restaurants. The lifts and key access were very efficient. The room was nicely laid out, and there were interesting books and features. The breakfast was wonderful with so many healthy choices and quality food.

We were pleased to have the bigger room, the smaller rooms were darker and had less room in the bathroom.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was fantastic. Loved the bookshop concept.
