You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

EstoniaOnly single bad thing is that its seasonal. The restaurant will offer you a simple set menu for dinner. Choise of three dishses and a ready made breakfast kit. All is understandable, nothing really to do there outside summer season anyway.
Absolutelly amazing location. It is a lodge hotel if I have ever seen one. Easy access. Great views. Walking trails to the waterfall area. Services on site with camper parking, charging points, sauna, spa. We got an upgrade on our room cause the venti system was under maintenance so we got a room with a sauna. Very cosy. Just a 10/10

SwedenThe room cleaner! We arrived at the hotel around 14:30 and took a rest because of the long hour drive. After half an hour, someone knocked on the door and just opened it and slammed the door after she saw us resting. We were resting and the staff didn’t say sorry at all for interrupting us. Not good at all!

GermanyThe only real disadvantage of the room we had was that there was no refrigerator available. At least there were some ice cubes provided to us on the corridor. But other than that we cannot complain.
The location near the Storforsen is very special and also the reason we travelled here. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast and dinner were very good and the staff is very kind. We stayed for five nights and would return any time!

GermanySauna was not hot enough, too bright in the sauna (the lights from the neighbouring gym shines through the windows - I don't see why a sauna in the basement needs windows anyway), food in the restaurant too expensive, shower in the room too small and for any reason half open (you cannot avoid to wet half of the bathroom), TV a little too small for that distance, no Smart-TV, there was a wedding party that evening with loud music and rumbling till 1 am...
Cozy interior of the building, nice and cozy room with balcony and great view onto the rapids, nice large queensize bed with a perfectly comfortable hard mattress, nice cold pool, very tasty dinner, good and various breakfast, good TV with a nice selection of (English language) movie channels!

GermanyA bit disappointed by the spa: The pool is very small. The atmosphere is not really relaxing. As I came to the spa, a group of people was siting and drinking beer there (much beer) - looked rather like a bar than a spa. I decided not to say there and moved to the sauna in women’s change room. It was ok.
The location is great - directly near the waterfall. The waterfall is magic!

United StatesThe hotel hosted a wedding party on the lawn that blared nightclub music to 2am. When calling the front desk, the clerk kept repeating that “there’s a wedding going on and there was nothing she could do about the music”. Why not ask the DJ to turn the music down a little bit?! Prior to 10pm, the music wasn’t horribly loud. On the third phone call, she offered to have earplugs sent to the room. No air conditioning so the room was extremely hot! At 2am we could finally open the windows only to learn that the mosquitoes were in abundance and aggressive. The hotel had no screens on the windows. I slept less than 2 hours during the whole night at a hotel that was supposed to be a tranquil resort in nature.
The room was dated, but had a balcony and an exceptional view of Storforsen. The dining experience the evening of our stay at the hotel was wonderful. We were 2 families with 3 small children which can be challenging, but our waiter (from Portugal) was patient, knowledgeable, and provided an overall lovely experience.
