The noise from the bathroom...we could hear from all the rooms around and above us. Hard to sleep with constant noise

Entry code given to us for the hotel's main entrance door did not work. Luckily, other guests arrived and opened it for us. Intermittent presence at the hotel front desk was an inconvenience.

No breakfast included (we knew that at time of booking). Our room was in the old cellar (basement) and very charming.

For a late check-in (after 7pm), I received no direct reply to get door access codes via Booking.com messaging. I paid in advance at Booking.com, but somehow that didn't get automatically updated in their system. I called the location day of my stay, and was able to secure the codes ok. My advice would be to call in advance for a late check-in just to be sure.

The location was perfect, and when contacted by phone the staff (Johnny) was very helpful and attentive.

Great value for a solo traveller. Very quirky. Make sure you don’t get a dungeon room with no windows, that you get there at the given time or definitely have an email with the codes to get into hotel and then your room.

The room was very small and a booked a deluxe/or twin room. We barely had space to put our luggages on the floor. The toilet flush is insanely loud.

Noise from plumbing could be a little noisy, and there was some noise from outside during the weekend, but otherwise, not a problem!

Staff were very accommodating, bed was comfortable and shower worked well. There was some noice from plumbing, which on occasion woke me up quite early, but otherwise I slept very well. A little noice from outside on Friday/Saturday, but otherwise very quiet! Location was absolutely perfect. Would definitely recommend it if you're going to be out and about viewing the city for your visit, but it may feel a bit cramped if you're going to be staying inside a lot.

Although the hotel was great for it's price, the cleanliness could have been a bit better. The public kitchen was filled with dirty dishes and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The shower was also old, but I finally got to see what a silverfish looks like!

The location was perfect and the staff was super helpful when it came to restaurant and bar reccomendations. Very unique hotel with a nice social area if you wanted to bring back food or drinks to hang out with friends.

The location was convenient enough and it's almost around all tourists spots. The staff on the front desk was really kind and friendly. He accomodated us earlier than the regular check in time.

The lock blinked a LED light every 10 seconds which disturbed my sleep. The bed was very soft.

All doors have codes so I could walk in to my room at 11 PM without wasting any time.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the fact that the shower in shared bathroom was leaking and after taking a shower the whole floor was wet.

Really great location, everything was close. The room was nice and tidy, hotel staff was friendly and greeted us nicely.
