Good apartments!

Had to buy cleaning stuff for the kitchen. There were no trays to cook food on in the oven so just used tin foil. The floor was a dirty around the edges. There was no curtain for the main bed like in the pictures. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Stayed with my husband and son in one room, the room had pretty much everything you needed, staff seemed friendly although we didn't have much interaction with them, my husband loved the gym (although a bit basic for him). The location was ideal, we used public transport as the bus stop was just on the main road. Shops were an easy walk up the road (it's a bit of a hill), didn't try the restaurants around sollentuna as we could get anywhere with the transport system.

It was confirmed the room would have a babybed. When we arrived, late and tired, there was no babybed in the room. When I asked for one, we got just the body of the bed, unfit sheet and unfit mattress (it was clearly hand cut to small size) and a comment from the staff that he thought that the baby can sleep on the chouch (but there was only sheets for two people in the room, not for three). The baby is 1 years old and cannot sleep on the couch. So after building the given bed myself, I noticed it was missing base and blankets/sheets and went to ask for them went to ask for them. They found a base after excessive searching. The base had safety instruction which said one should not put mattress on top of it. We also got an adult size blanket, covers and sheet for the 1 year old. The next morning when I go to ask for the right size cover and sheets and for a good base again, the staff says it’s weird we didn’t get any and that they will handle it. Their solution was to bring another base on top of the first base and leave the unfit mattress on top of both. The adult size covers/blankets/sheets were still there. I could not understand what was going on. I went to ask for the right size of blankets and sheets again and THIS TIME the staff directly said they did not have any. They said they only have the body of the bed and nothing else. They tried to explain how some customers have different needs and Booking page only promised ”a babybed”and not sheets etc. but honestly I have never stayed in a hotel which promises a babybed, but assumes the baby can sleep on the couch anyway and then forgets where all the baby sheets and blankets are until they don’t have them. The staff (every time different) was nice and patient but they were clearly not well informed about the hotel supplies nor had instructions on what to do in these kinds of situations, leaving me as a customer feeling bad.

The room was mostly as it was presented on the booking app. The staff was kind enough. The location was perfect for our needs. The bed was nice to sleep and the room had most of things we needed. Very comfortable. The baby loved the balcony.

Utensils were lesser in number than expected, bed was on an elevated platform a bit difficult to access, no coffee table or side table, did not find (or could not locate) any microwave oven in the kitchen.

Location, availability of parking, friendly staff, nearby bus stop, easy access to the main road, good bathroom.

The bed was very difficult to get in because of its position in the room. The parking is very limited, and we risked in a couple of occasions to be left with nowhere to park. Also, as the parking gets crowded, people parked their cars in every corner, even outside the designated alpacas, making it very difficult to get in or out of the parking. Cleanliness could be improved, as well as some attention to details (e..g. the bedding was quite old and ripped in a few points, the wall was heavily marked in a feelw spots, etc.).

Lovely rooms. Kitchen fully equipped and extremely functional. Nice little balcony.

There were missing some inportant things in the apartment, for example basic knife or dish towel.

Sofa bed is not the most comfortable, could do with some padding. Do note that the air-conditioning unit mentioned is an electric fan not an actual air-conditioning in the room.

We had all that we needed in one unit! Staff helped with whatever we needed.

No frying pan that worked as they didn’t work with the cooking stove. All kitchenware was dirty so had to clean myself before using.

There was a strange man (also staying there) who lurked outside my room which made me uncomfortable. Every time I left the room he was right there. I didn't complain as I was only there for 2 nights, but perhaps they can take more notice when there is a guest who behaves in a strange way like that. I also didn't like that to fully close my door I had to slam it, which made the situation with the other guest even more awkward.

This was my 2nd time staying at this location. I like that there are laundry facilities and that the unit is a self contained apartment with a full kitchen. Everything was clean and very comfortable. I did have to ask for a frying pan and spatula as they were missing in the room. I was given brand new items which was appreciated.

It takes around 40 mins to the city by bus, so that's a bit of a bummer.

Great overall experience, since the room is super nice and very comfortable.
