Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomDidn’t get a very friendly welcome. Basically don’t bother us until 3 o clock and it’s check in time. No mini bar or water in the room. Room was not clean - crisp packets and bottles under the bed despite it having been inspected. Fittings dusty and basically everything tired. Soap was in body lotion dispenser so you can imagine what a mess that was….
Location was where we wanted to be and had some nice bars not too far away

United KingdomThe Quality Hotel Waterfront was booked for its location (easy access to airport and Ullevi stadium for a concert) but delivered so much more! The waterfront location is fabulous and peaceful - you can walk or run along the water for a long way and watch the river traffic from your room. The rooms were large and the beds very comfortable, and I loved the good sized shower. Breakfast was excellent - an extensive buffet and a lovely room. The fitness centre was a bonus - gym, sauna and jacuzzi! Excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again!

NorwayI reported a dirty toilet, when I came back the toilet was still dirty. There were grapes on the floor behind the chair, maybe still there. Trash under the bed, eye mask.

SwedenNever have I been met by a receptionist with so bad and tired attitude when we arrived. There was no queue and no hurry to explain the flegmatic way of receiving guests. No notice/welcome for the children, which there were a lot at the hotel. Worst was though when I just asked - when going out for food - that the bedsofa was not made. The answer was: that you need to do yourself - with attitude: "don´t complain". Noticing herself that it was a bit to the rude side, she explained that it was a Hotel-chain policy. It was the first time (and quite many hotel visits behind us even with our children) when it was giving as a policy - well next time we know not to book Quality Hotels. The beds are made by ourself every other day - so is it not something you pay for when you choose to book a hotel and not airbnb? So with such a poor welcome, it was kind of impossible to feel you were welcome as a guest to this hotel. + with e.g. the minimum toiletry details provided - you could not help but think that this hotel is saving money on small details that make the hotel visit a real hotel visit?
Location was for us the main reason for choosing this hotel - close to Röda sten and Älvsborgsbron.

GermanyFrom the check in to check out a total mess. Arrived in the evening, the person behind the counter did not care nor did he say a word at all Room was old and without real sunlight. Even though it said room service had been done, nothing really nothing from soap to towels to tissues to coffee was filled. After first complain were nobody really cared a few things were refilled, most of it wasn’t so we had to ask again. The so called bar did not offer coffee even though a machine was present, the gym had three treadmills making sounds like they are just about to break and the wellness was just closed. Mit body told I’m advance and during Check in. This hotel is mot worth its money. Not coming back, not recommending!

NorwayThe ashtray outside needs to be cleaned regularly. The Nordic Hotels app didn’t work so never received the daily F&B vouchers.
Awesome helpful and friendly staff, especially Lina the breakfast manager, and Marcus at reception. Delicious breakfast with exceptional scrambled eggs. Historical building with interesting story. Water temperature and pressure don’t change when showering. Location is quiet with stunning views. Short walk to the tram stops and ferry. Parking was very convenient, safe and SEK80 per day. The Porter Pelle Pub and restaurant is just outside the front door. Highly recommend the fish soup which is more like a lobster bisque. Would definitely stay at Quality Hotel Waterfront whenever we visit Gothenburg.

United KingdomOur room was filthy as was the hallway outside. The cleaning policy is ridiculous, You should allow people to opt out by choice and not opt in. We did opt in and it wasn’t cleaned, we had to ask repeatedly and even then it wasn’t cleaned properly. For health reasons a lot of people need a clean room, not cleaning it is unacceptable and the whole saving the environment thing is a bit of a joke when the money saved goes back to the hotel. I wouldn’t not clean my own bedroom and bathroom for 4 nights. Unimpressed which is shame as the rest of the hotel is perfect.
Breakfast amazing, room size and view wonderful. The staff were brilliant, the location perfect and the restaurant lovely for dinner.

NorwayNobody cleaned our room. When I complained I was told their new policy is that I had to ask for cleaning otherwise they do not clean. This is really a new way of cheating the customers and call it for green environment! When I am in a hotel like this I expect the room to be cleaned! I wouldn't need to ask for it!
