Perfect location, easy 5-10 minute drive to many local beaches. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are comfortable and extremely clean!

A very nice local family run business just at the entrance of Plaka and 5 mins walk to cafes and restaurants. Room was spacious, with very comfy bed and terrace overlooking the street, but there was no noise. Bus stop is just around a corner as well as free public parking if u rent a car. The whole family is very nice and cares a lot about guests. We could literally feel how much attention they take in preparing a breakfast which was suberb every day! Couldn't be more happy with the whole experience with host!

The breakfast was fantastic with freshly made juice and choice of omelettes or anything else you liked. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great - a short walk to the shops, restaurants and the bus stop was just outside. The big bonus was the bakery downstairs which had delicious cakes !

The staff is really accommodating and nice, and the room was really pretty with a great view. You are above a bakery so you get delicious breakfast included with your stay. The location is also great, just a short walk away from the center of Plaka and all its bars and restaurants.

They understand travellers needs....a little clothes line in the verandah, cutlery and plate with the kettle and cups, lots of hooks, face washes and tissues. A little respite in a long trip. Also a lovely gift of a delicious breakfast.

The hosts were super awesome and very friendly. The breakfast menu was vast and you could choose anything, the portions were also big. It is centrally located, good for taking a quadbike and traveling around the island.

i was unwell for one day out of the stay and the cleaner was so adamant on cleaning the room that even after she tried coming in once, while i quickly went downstairs to grab water for 2 min, she quickly went in and continued cleaning when i got back so i had to sit on the balcony until she was done! i feel that there should be “do not disturb” signs available to use.

perfect location!! super easy to bus from the port/ any where around the island, and right down the road from the centre of plaka, super handy having a cafe downstairs (breakfast includes a choice from the cafe!) and a vehicle renting shop next door! very comfortable beds and good sized room, nice balcony, handy mini fridge, and staff are very friendly

We didn't like the fact that we forgot to taste the fantastic chocolate pie with ice cream. But of course, that was our fault!

Travelling for work, this place is a total gem. Family run, it really is a little bit of Greek loveliness. I was welcomed on arrival and my room was an apartment which was large and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer in this fabulous little place. I chose my breakfast on arrival and it was perfect! Great coffee, fresh orange juice and eggs and bacon too!

All of the personnel was very helpful. It is a family run place and you can see that each of the family members put a lot of effort making you feel comfortable, they are so helpful and very nice people. Would definitely stay again!

Warm and friendly staff. Perfect location just 10mins walk into plaka town center and also has a bus stop just around the corner as well as a small shop for quick basic essentials. Great service with room being freshened up everyday. The highlight must've been the included breakfast...fresh orange juice, made to order eggs, pies, greel yogurt and honey, etc. So much of it and so good that it was hard to believe we weren't paying extra for it. It helps that they're also a public cafe downstairs. Unbelievable value for your money just in that breakfast. Also side note: there's a scooter rental shop in the same building downstairs. We rented a scooter from Kostas and had a great experience. So that maybe added convenience for you. One could, upon arrival, bus from ferry port (maybe airport too) to the hotel, usd the rental scooter around island and return it before leaving, and finally take the bus again from hotel to port.

Everything! Being above the family-run bakery/cafe was convenient and enjoyable. The location is wonderful, wifi and AC were superb, bed is comfortable and room with a balcony is charming. The family is extremely helpful, kind and considerate. From here we could walk to 2 museums, into the heart of Plaka, up the castle and to a beach (and if you don’t want to walk to the beach there are several that buses go to). The food is very good and staying here felt like a home away from home. We cannot recommend it enough.
