My apartment was on the ground floor, and there was not too much light in the early morning or evening. Considering I was there only at these times and that it was the middle of June a pity I was unable to appreciate the extended light time. There is not too much space for the suitcase.

Very nice and comfortable tiny apartment with all the essentials. Simple and stylish. The apartments have a little balcony. The bathroom is relatively big and it is very functional. It is a very quiet neighborhood and close to the city center. I didn't use public transportation to reach the city center, but otherwise, subway and bus stops were close by. Also restaurants and supermarkets were very close to the apartment.

The wifi was basically non-existant (thus the smart-TV - not connected to any provider - was not usable either). The registration for check-in and communication was really confusing. First you have to download an app in order to photo-identify yourself prior to arrival and register your document. Didn't work on my phone, so enough fuss to get registered and confirmed. Then the messages - we kept receiving messages about needing to do the final cleaning of the apartment before check-out: to vacuum, dust, wipe the surfaces, clean the bathroom etc. although the booking.com reservation just said "wash the dishes and take out the garbage". The instructions of what to clean and where to find the vacuum etc. were sent to us repeatedly, although they didn't actually apply to our booking. The messages and signs let you know of your obligations and restrictions, how much you can be fined for this and that, and what costs you'd have to cover. Not too friendly a feel about the whole communication really, although it goes without saying that the guest covers any damage and follows the rules.

The apartment was spotless clean, of nice size and true to photos. The location is good, lots of restaurants nearby and easy to commute. Beds are comfy and there's loads of storage for clothes and personal items all around. Hand and body lotion was a nice extra to the bathroom toiletries. We also loved the easy keyless door lock system.

The cooker was hard to use and no instructions available, had to resort to You Tube video. Checkout time on Booking. com said 11 am and property made it clear it was 10 and door codes stopped working at this time.

Check in was at 16, with no storage room. We arrived at 11 am so we had to wait in the street with the bags until 15. Cleaning requirements of the apartment were way too heavy on a guest paying that price. The key code did not work after 3 am in the morning so we would have had to call an emergency number, fortunately someone was still inside the apartment to let the others in.

The beds were 2 singles pushed together and they were also pretty uncomfortable.. The control pad for the heating didn't work and the dishwasher was still full of the previous visitor's dishes! I also booked this accommodation the afternoon that I was staying and I received a text saying that I would receive the key code by 4pm at the latest.. I did not receive this until closer to 6pm which was a little annoying.. This may have been because I booked this so late however, this resulted in a few hours of not being able to access the apartment.

The apartment was great value for money and had everything you needed.. It was fairly central and off a quiet street with a few good restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

Ridiculous message from the provider saying we had to vacuum and dust before we left. Firstly, that is not what is expected, and secondly there was no vacuum cleaner. Also smokers should be aware, despite having a balcony, the message after check in says you can’t smoke on the balcony, which is again ridiculous. Most places say no smoking but obviously smoking on a balcony / patio is fine.

Good location, close to the centre. Nice and clean, good size apartment. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Bed was comfy. Tv had Netflix and WiFi worked fine.

It was so cold in the apartment when we arrived. The temperature was 16•C when we entered and the outside temperature was -2•C. We were not able to put the heating up which was quite frustrating. The staff told us they can not do anything about it but after I have checked their website I saw that they have an extra radiator as an option which was not offered by the stuff. These are the things that the property definitely needs to improve.

There were a few things not (well) functioning: some lamps did not work, very few supplies (2 glasses, 2 cups, only 1 towel...), a cupboard that needed to be fixed, the curtain of the shower was not long enough, etc... Overall, the studio was really small
