The elevators are actually looking for outside and they were squeaking too much, which was a little bit scary while using. Also the bathroom had a bad smelling. Plus heating the room was also hard, central heatings were not working and heating with air ventilation were taking considerable time.

Staff were extremely helpful, especially Mr. Adnan in frontdesk. Breakfast was good with lots of varieties. Location is also on a good area where you can go to shopping and also plenty of options for eating. Free parking is also big advantage.

Rooms are not terribly roomy.

Breakfast is far better than we had reason to expect. Large selection of goodies at the buffet. Rooms were quiet, beds comfy, and I slept well.

Breakfast was very good, we also noticed the friendly and helpful staff. Was great for a family, with the kids play area adjacent the dining spaces and the family room was well set out with comfortable beds. Checkin and out was quick and easy.

The room is a bit small and the view is a bit boring...

The breakfast is very nice with loads of choices. To my surprise there is even a lekrum where you kid can play inside though it is not big. The hotel has free parking and charging facilities to provide but the price is really not cheap like 6kr per kw.

Parking with the app is a terrible idea and very confusing. The powdered eggs at breakfast were not so nice. The dark bread was finished and not replaced. Only white bread was available - not so healthy.

If there was any alternative option to us, we would not use this hotel because the price was unreasonably high.

This hotel is located in shopping area so eating and shopping accessibility was nice. Staffs were very friendly and breakfast was okay.

Decor needs a bit of updating, but that did not affect the comfort of the stay.

Located as part of a large shopping mall. We just needed a place to stay along the road, and it suited. The front desk was closed when we arrived, which made me nervous, but it was simple and worked just fine. The hotel was great with communication and instructions. The breakfast was nice and the staff very friendly and accomodating.

The breakfast was fine, being English I miss good tea and a proper sausage but I have been in Scandinavia long enough to know that these are rarer than hens teeth. The support and friendliness by Ruby and Aldijana on reception was outstanding

Very poor beds

The hotel is on the outside of Orebro. There is a big supermarket directly attached to the hotel. There are fast food restaurants around. The rooms are a bit small. The bathroom is also small, but of good quality. Nice powerful shower. The rooms are poorly decorated. The beds are really poor. The bed consists of a box with spirals, and on top of it a very thin mattress (only 2-3 cm thick), resulting you felt the spirals in you back. The room had also a bunk bed, and this consist of only a wooden plate with the same thin mattress, but we did not used these. An upgrade of the beds is really needed !!!!!!! There was a chair in the room, which was really wore out. Surprising, the breakfast was huge and the best we had during our trip thru Sweden (9 hotels). In the weekend the hotel is overloaded with young sports players, who sometimes make quite some noise.

Opening hours in bar could be later and you should rebrand the entire place. Now it doesn't show up its unusual architecture.

Great plan and proportions, like a Tokyo stay, somehow 70th proportions to it. Great drinking tap water, ok room acoustics, free parking.

No staff on duty after 11

The staff. Man at the desk and woman at the bar went out of their way to be helpful. cleaning person very friendly and room was spotlessly clean. Our base level room served us well for a one night stay. Great food store open till 11 right next door. Good breakfast with Covid-spaced tables.
