Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenThe streat outside is very busy a lot of traffic, it is disturbing. The breakfast was very standard and "poor". For the price you expect more - more local products from Skåne, green juices, maybe some fun porridge (the mannagryns porridge feels 1985..). The scrambled eggs where dry, the boiled egges where cold etc etc, the fresh fruits where standard. The breakfast really needs to step up..
It was very nice staff, nice and comfortable beds! And a nice room!

SwedenNot priceworthy in relation to what you actually get. Also I didn't find any gift bag in the room which the hotel promises to the guests right now due to the ongoing renovations of the facillity. The heater in the room should have instructions. Minibar was empty. It's a nice boutique hotel for shorter city visits but I wouldn´t pay the price for longer stays. During the booking procedure one gets the impression that payment can be resolved through invoice to the company that you state you´re travelling by. This is false. There was only a traditional direct card payment at the hotel given as an option.
The kindness and service mentality of the staff. Rather clean bathroom. Comfort of beds are very much a highly subjective factor. In my case I found the bed to be good enough but nothing fantastic.

SpainWeird atmosphere. Weird front-desk, not english skills at all. Poor service. Poor cleanliness. Dirty windows full of spider webs (with its big spiders included). Bad curtains (not blinds) so lots of light. Not sonundproof windows. Small bathroom. Average breakfast. You can not sell this kind of hotel like a “luxury” one only because of its pretentious decoration. There’s a lot of room for improvement. Don’t expect to feel like in a hip or “trendy” place.
Spacious room. Comfortable pillows. The young lady in charge of breakfast was very nice.

DenmarkI had a very small room ( could see that as well compared to other rooms on the floorplan at the 4th floor).Being just under the roof with diagonal walls (while being 1.80 tall), it does not leave much space. No chair in the room to sit on and no bedside table just on right side of bed (so balanced my charging phone on minibar and looked at TV from bed). There was a side table, but further away(?). I have stayed here before with 2 rooms each for 1 person much more comfortably on 2nd floor. Staff was friendly but I do not need pointing our twice when checking in that “I booked a 1 p room and cannot have guests in my room”. That was my assumption as well! Wonder if they may have had issues with hooking from central station next door. Even though I would expect this hotel is too nice/expensive for that, it was a bit uncomfortable gettting the message twice upon check in. And breakfast soft boiled eggs = hard boiled eggs. I am allergic to dust and had absolutely no issues at this very clean hotel. Great job! Well, honest feedback above and I am open to book again next time. All in all I enjoyed my stay.
